About Us

Natural art decor is our specialty. We provide an unparalleled collection of decorative accessories, uniquely detailed lamps, and exceptionally innovative furniture pieces. We acquire every mineral, gemstone, coral, and fossil from the world's finest sources. What sets us apart from others is our craft. Each art piece focuses on the natural specimen itself and its individual, striking inherent beauty. Each piece is carefully hand-selected, and mounted with the utmost precision, to bring out its natural balance and display a plethora of colors to even the most refined eye. Micah Gilbert is a Geologist, Gemologist, and Registered Master Valuer. Empress Gilbert has been working with minerals for over 30 years and has decorated homes with her artistic expression of nature.

I'm THRILLED with my selenite lamps! They are solid and striking- by far better/substantial than others that I researched and saw at the Design Centers and high end stores. Other lamps flake and chip easily, but these are polished and have a beautiful luster that warms the room. Plus, I was able to customize the lamps with a different colored shade, which really makes a statement! The lamps have wonderful dimmers and the cord detail is perfect. I was nervous about sending such heavy yet fragile lamps across the country, but they were beautifully packaged - they are pure elegance!

Empress is a gem! Her inventory is stunning and displayed beautifully. She spent ample time educating me on the pieces in which I had interest and allowed me the space to take in the shear beauty of her store. She has deep knowledge of what she sells. She knows everything there is to know about minerals, fossils, and stones and makes you want to know everything, too. I get a wonderful lesson every time i am there. Empressive Geodesigns is our go to shop for minerals. Empress is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. She goes above and beyond. I am a designer for a firm here in Dallas and we take pieces out to show clients, and bring clients in often to look at the items in the showroom. She is always glad to greet us, answer questions, and offer ideas. The products she has in her showroom are wonderful with a wide range of prices, smaller pieces that are great gifts up to large one of a kind pieces which she will custom design a stand for or a furniture of art piece out of.
