Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a $2000+ couch from them with a delivery time of ~1month. After 6 weeks we reached out to inquire what was happening only to be told the couch had not yet been shipped, but it would be soon. Over the next 4 months we had to follow up several more times to ask what was happening with the couch to be told different stories each time. Eventually after 5 months from ordering the couch and still receiving nothing we asked them to cancel and refund the couch. Apparently because the couch had left their warehouse (zero way of verifying this other than what they say) they are going to charge a 20% restocking fee, and the shipping to our house and back. This is complete fraud and we will never buy from them again and would recommend everybody else to avoid them at all costs.

To start it should be noted that Eternity Modern has blocked me from Facebook and Twitter. This is important because this is how they deal with customer concerns. Notice how there are no comments on social media, this is a sign. A piece of furniture was ordered from Eternity Modern. It came defective. This was acknowledged by Eternity Modern because they told us to apply WD40 to the chair and to hit it with a hammer to make it work. They told us if we did like the chair we could return it, but would need to pay a $630 return and restocking fee! They wouldn't budge from this and kept saying it was their policy. The furniture you are buying is poor quality, if you are unhappy, which is likely, you will be on the hook to return it and out $100's of dollars! I highly recommend you shop elsewhere, somewhere where they actually stand by their product and offer some form of customer service. Stay away!!

Don’t buy from this store. If you have any issues, they will not try to help you as the website says. I have requested 2 time for a call back but they never called. I paid for swatches and I never received them. Terrible customer service

Like so many other reviewers, I would leave a negative star if I could. The “savings” are absolutely not worth the hassle. I ordered the Sloane bed in August 2021 and was given a lead time of about 12-16 weeks. Completely understandable with industry-wide delays. Several issues unique to this company: 1. You can’t simply track the status of an order but have to send an email. 2. When the projected lead time came and went, in December I was given an excuse about items of that size being held but told it was out of production and the issue was fixed. 3) a month later when I emailed I was told there was a container shortage issue and that the ETA was early April. Based on this delay, I negotiated a 13% discount (of no use if you don’t receive the item or the discount). 4) a month later I asked about not having received the discount or the item or even an update and was given an excuse inconsistent with previous statements (production was scheduled to be completed in 10 days and a raw material shortage would mean 2-3 months before the item reached the warehouse). 5) I was told a manager wanted to speak with me about the above issues but was never contacted. After months of numerous delays and misrepresentations, I canceled my order and requested a refund. Some people haven’t had these issues but enough have that it is not worth the risk of ordering.
UPDATE: After hearing nothing when I demanded a refund, I’ve had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Unbelievable.

Such a poor service! Eternity Modern is impossible to reach when we need them… you have to write to them, and they luckily respond sometimes, days later. Simply unacceptable!

False descriptions in the details of the items sold on this website. I ordered an item. Upon receiving that item I realized it did not match the description on the site and was given lengthy, terrible customer service ultimately forcing me outside of the window to make a return which they would not honor to begin with, invalidating me along the way. Forcing me to keep an unusable $600 item that was falsely described on the site. Their customer service is awful, package came banged up, return policy is virtually non existent and they will invalidate your concerns and make you jump through hoops to get simple customer service through the entire experience. So disappointed/Honestly criminal.

I am an admirer of mid century modern design. I have an Eames recliner, Frank Lloyd Wright leather hassocks a vintage Barcelona chair which all mix well with the Platner chairs and table. Quality always endures. It is easy to see how the philosophies if art and lifestyle in the 21st Century were influenced by these brave and great and insightful intellects. To walk into the room is like inviting all the different and brilliant Trend setting designers for a conversation in my living room. Always stimulating and entertaining.

Worst quality and customer service.
I would rate this negative if I can - I signed up just to warn you all.
Lounge chair broke within first few months because it's such a bad quality. The chair is held by cheap plastic that broke off or is defective. I've been going back and forth between the customer service for like 3 months, trying to get information on how to send the chair back for defective replacement. Their "Logistics Staff", that they keep mentioning, is non-existent as far I know since they went cold and has not provided any info what-so-ever on how and where to send it back. If this is not scam, IDK what is.
Save your money and buy your mid-century furnitures elsewhere. Avoid EM at all cost. Wasted $2000.

I have placed an order weeks ago, and payment was processed for an item that was listed as in stock and ship ready.
It’s been impossible to reach anyone at Eternity Modern. When calling their number listed, a recorded message plays, stating that their phone lines are down for system upgrades. The same message has been playing for weeks.
No response to any emails either.

If I could give negative stars I would. Upon confirming a furniture order the lead time was confirmed for 12-16 weeks production (not a problem!). But once that window came and went and no word from their CS team, we needed a plan B as this install was planned around an event. Our team consistency followed up on the status of the order to make sure that we were still on track for the install, and rather than answer our very clear simple questions, their CS would simply repeat that all custom inquiries had a 12-16 week lead time. Given the current foam shortage and other supply chain issues, we get that delays are possible. But for this particular project we could not risk the chance. We have emailed them to cancel this order and still nothing! I would absolutely not trust this company, nor your clients money in their hands. Since placing this order the Shopify link to the order confirmation is no longer valid and their very well curated Instagram page has since been taken down. I was really hoping to have found a lovely more cost effective modern furniture option for our projects and am really hoping we can get this refund ASAP.

Got sent the wrong color product and they refused to refund or replace because apparently they can’t guarantee their colors match swatches….um, this $1300 ottoman does not match my $4000 sofa, this is unacceptable.
