I purchased a coffee table & end tables the coffee table after waiting so long to receive the delivery driver missed the driveway he drove in yard put big ruts in yard & ruined the moss we had planted there then they had scuffed up in a few places the coffee table sent pics to them called them again & again even went in the store then was told I had to email the repair person did that no response it has been about 6 weeks now & no one will do anything zero customer service after the sale !!!!

I worked with TJ Simone for about 6 months to help me decorate my new home in NJ. I am a widower and really needed someone who would learn my "style" (if I even had one) and then translate that into furniture, lighting, window treatments, etc. TJ was marvelous. She took the time to come to my new home, talk to me about what I liked and disliked and took that information back to her Ethan Allen store in West Windsor, NJ. We met at the store a few times so that she could show me her ideas and that I could give her my feedback. The results have been great. My new home looks great and I have had many comments about how wonderful it has turned out. TJ is not only a professional but is also a warm and friendly person. Thank you TJ!

It was a real pleasure to work with Melinda. She came out to the house so she could see our space and colors, and she arrived with plenty of fabric samples. Melinda was very patient with us and we never felt pressure as we went back and forth trying to make a decision. I will definitely come see her again with our next project.

Lorraine was a wonderful in helping us select a new bed, wall color and drapes for our new home. Made sure she touched base with us while we were waiting for delivery and doubled checked that we were completely happy with the end results. Wonderful to work with and we will be using her again soon.

The produce is good, but delivery is terrible. We ordered a bed. First delivery attempt, there were stains all over the fabric bed. That was pretty bad. We had to send it back. Second attempt, the stains were removed, but the failed to deliver the bed foundation -- they "forgot" to load it onto the truck. I keep getting based around from person to person to resolve the issue. Will not be buying form Ethan Allen again.

Stacy Larson from the Orlando, FL store has been our design consultant for the last couple of years. She has been a delight to work with as she is very professional, personable, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. We have purchased many pieces of furniture from her and she has made a number of trips to our home with various fabrics to allow us to see the colors and patterns in our home setting. She gets a five star rating from us.

Ethan Allen delivered furniture to me I gave my credit card over the phone. Delivery man presented me with an ancient multi copy credit card slip with my full credit card number The expiration date and the security code
The manager hung up on me stating “ we never had a client complain in 40 years “
IS THAT REALLY THE APPROPRIATE RESPONSE

It is EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING AND DISAPPOINTING after having ordered a sectional from Ethan Allen in January 2019 and being told it would be delivered in April only to get the incorrect sectional pieces in June. Despite the fact I expressed significant concerns about getting a match when ordering replacement pieces and strongly suggested they reorder all pieces Ryan Allen chose to move forward with ordering replacement pieces. It is now August of 2019 and the replacement pieces just delivered DO NOT MATCH THE EXISTING PIECES. I WANT A TOTAL COORDINATED SECTIONAL, 2 CHAIRS AND 2 OTTOMANS AS I ORIGINALLY ORDERED 8 MONTHS AGO.

Ethan Allen, you've thoroughly disappointed me and have done a great job of ensuring I never buy from your store again. For the general public reading this post I strongly recommend you shop somewhere other than Ethan Allen, unless you want to wait centuries for your damaged furniture to be delivered to you, then wait another half century for it to be repaired, oh and not to mention having to spend your own time getting in contact with them because the entire time will feel like you're flying in the dark due to spotty communication.
For context, my fiancé and I were looking to upgrade our furniture and after window shopping and getting to speak to several sales people we landed on EA. Our sales associate was actually really good, but it all went down hill after agreeing to buy a sectional, leather bench, media cabinet, and sofa table. For one the furniture took forever to be made, but I'm willing to concede to having been made aware upfront. However, the bench took considerably longer and wasn't delivered until a month or two after the rest of our furniture had been received. While we were waiting for our bench we were also waiting for our couch to be picked up and repaired because when it was finally delivered one of the corners had been damaged during transport thanks to a dresser it had been positioned up against. All that time just to receive damaged furniture! Well when we received the bench we still had a damaged sectional and it wasn't until about a month later that the sectional was picked up. EA will be kind enough to help you choose a delivery/pick-up date that works with your schedule but good luck knowing what time of the day that delivery/pick-up will occur. EA has serious communication issues, please do yourself a favor and don't put yourself through that horrendous experience. Btw, we bought this furniture at the very beginning of summer and now we're well into fall and our damaged sectional is still in the shop...I'm told it'll be delivered one week from today. SMH
I can't speak to every other furniture store's customer service, quality, and overall experience...but I can certainly speak to Ethan Allen's - Don't do it, just not worth it!

We ordered a table & chairs from Ethan Allen and was told by the sales person the delivery time would be 8 - 10 weeks. A few days after paying for half of it we were told it was pushed off to 15 weeks. When we inquired about the delay we were told that we couldn't cancel the table without loosing our deposit and that we should not have listened to what the sales person told us and instead we should have read the contract in it's entirety. The person from management who contacted us was rude, obnoxious, and down right nasty. They basically told us we were going to loose the deposit if we cancelled and we would not be able to return the table and chairs if we tried to send the table back when/if it arrives.

My experience working with interior design consultant, Gabriella, from Ethan Allen was one of a kind. Through use of design boards and technology I was able to see her vision come to life and she was extremely knowledgeable on every aspect of interior design. We worked together over the course of the last three years to furnish nearly every room in our home, from paint colors to rugs, light fixtures, furniture, accessories and window treatments, all within our budget. I'm proud to call our house home, and I would not have been able to do it without her. I also experienced wonderful customer service, Gabriella consistently followed up timely and addressed any issues or concerns I had. We became good friends throughout the process and I would recommend her and Ethan Allen to anyone!

I purchased 2 of the Hamlet Swivel Chairs and they look Awful. The fabric does not drape nicely and it looks wrinkled. I have contacted the store In Worthington OH and they states that the chair is supposed to look wrinkled and the fabric, which was supposed to lay flat, does not. I asked for options ie return the chair and purchase 2 new ones. Their response was no. I have spent over 7k with this store and that is all I get is No. Don’t buy this chair and don’t go to the Worthington Oh location.
