I called to check on the status of an order which has taken over 8 weeks. I was told it was not there. So I asked if it will arrive next week since that will be the 10 weeks. Then Anthony the store manager for the store /corporate office began to yell at me and tell me they still have 2 weeks because weekends don’t count and it took a week to process order. That was not disclosed to me when I purchased 3000 worth of furniture from them. He continued to be rude and refused to give me his last name. He said he was store manager and corporate office manager and had no manager above him. Pretty much saying I’m screwed if I have a complaint because complaints go to him. That was very unprofessional. I have waited patiently and called 3 times to check on the status and today I got greeted with rudeness after I gave them sales. now I know not to purchase here in the future or recommend to others. Be careful and stay away, their vibes are off in there, don’t visit or buy from them or you will have conflicting information. When I asked why he was yelling at me, he said that’s how he talks, wow , a leader showing leadership. I did not receive an apology and was told the salesperson would call back later. God bless your soul!
Worst customer service ever! Don't shop there, they messed up on my parents sectional order. Then delayed the delivery another month. Parents called to try to cancel because they were not satisfied with the amount of time they have been having to wait as well as poor customer service on the phone with someone by the name of Mohammad. They did say they were disappointed with the service and will never shop there again. He then proceeded to tell them, "I don't care if you don't ever want to shop with us again." That is wrong and very sad to hear. I have done business with this company for years and seeing the experience my parents had was very disappointing. They attempted to call and resolve this issue to just get someone to be rude. AND no communication with customers on the staus of your orders. My mom had to call THEM EVERYTIME. Worst experience ever ,Antony do not respect elderly woman, he sold us a dinning set and delivered the table with no chair and said they cane broken and I have to wait a year to receive my chairs... Do not buy from them
Furniture City sucks! Stay away from this place, cheap prices not worth the cheap product. And their customer service sucks. Very rude on the phone. I had a purchased a small chess drawer cabinet, it literally took almost a month to get it delivered after I had paid for it. They promised delivery within a few days, lol! It was in stock and everything. Will never buy anything from them again.

I made my first purchase like 5 or 6 years ago and was treated with such great response . I just want to say Thank You!

My family and I purchased a few items from Furniture City. Within one week of our purchase, the frame to the bed we brought home broke unexpectedly. I called customer service and was told the part needed to be ordered and someone would Contact me. 3 weeks later, no calls no updates. I took the time to call myself and was told someone would call me back. Yet, no one did. I did not have a bed to sleep on and nobody replied to my questions. Finally about two months after waiting for my bed to be fixed, I had to wait another week because someone made a mistake and did not order the Part I needed. I missed work because I needed to be here and all I got was a phone call to let me know no one was coming. I finally got a call and they let me know the part was here. The furniture store was not willing to work with my schedule because the only deliver on certain “days”. nevertheless, the gentlemen who came to my house were respectful and fixed my bed. The experience that my family had at the actual store was in no comparison to the treatment we received via telephone and email. I asked to speak to the manager more than once and was given the run around. I do not recommend this company.
worst customer service! beware! spent over 2,000 dollars on a sectional and did not receive the middle piece that ties the two outside pieces together. we then called and let them know our issue. they advised, all pieces were received. we did not get the center piece until 4 months later. about 8 months after we received the center piece i found that some of the material coming undone. they would not warranty in store since they said we received all of the pieces to this sectional at one time. instead, they recommended using the accidental insurance that i paid 200 dollars extra for, and lying even if it was not an accident. No i would not recommend this "PRO"
