A POOR GUY

I made the mistake of purchasing a LeGrande Modular Power Reclining Sectional Set in 2021, and it has been a complete nightmare. Within just three months of purchase, the armrest came off, and it took them a whopping three months to get it repaired. But my troubles didn't end there. Just six months later, the adjustable bottom came off as well. The cheap quality of this set is appalling. The adjustable bottom is located under one of the cushions, and every time you sit on it, it squeezes the bottom until it eventually comes off. When I reported the issue, they told me it was not a manufacturer's defect and refused to acknowledge the poor quality of the set. To make matters worse, the adjustable bottom was not even covered under warranty!
But that's not all. After eleven months, while sitting regularly, I heard a bone break from the inside. I immediately reported it, but it took them three months to send out an inspector. I was shocked to find out that the wood they used was as thin as two fingers. It's no surprise that the set is falling apart! Even after waiting for six months without any callbacks, I had to reach out to them about twenty times via phone and email, only to be told that the issue was not covered under warranty.
This entire experience has been a nightmare, and I will never use this website again. It's clear that they have no concern for the quality of the products they sell or the satisfaction of their customers. The poor warranty service and complete disregard for my concerns have left me feeling frustrated and cheated. Stay away from this horrible reclining sectional set at all costs.

I have never had so many issues with any furniture I've ever purchased. I bought the Boca Modular Home Office Set for almost $1500. Yes, people, $1500 for an office set.
Here is the LIST of issues I encountered with Furniture Cart:
1. I ordered the set on July 17 and it did not arrive until August 15 even though it was two week shipping. I didn't make a big deal out of this since I understand things happen and shipping heavy furniture takes a while, but it's still something to be aware of when purchasing furniture from this company.
2. One of the items I received was defective. The rolling filing cabinet drawer would not open or close correctly. I immediately filed a complaint with FurnitureCart. I received an email from Garry S asking for a video of this issue- yes, a customer service company did not take my word that their furniture was defective. I was frustrated, but I still obliged. I sent the video to Garry S, from Furniture Cart customer Service.
3. A few days after I submitted my video Garry S called me. He stated that I need to go to Home Depot and purchase WD-40 to put that on the drawer. I told him that would not fix it because the alignment of the drawer was off, not the lubrication. He didn't believe me and stated just go get WD-40 and put it on there and I'll refund you the cost of the WD-40. I stated that was an outrageous request and even it was a lubrication issue, I definitely would NOT go to the store for him and purchase that. Garry's tone was rude and he spoke to me like I was an idiot. After much debate and my request for a new rolling file cabinet he stated he would not give me new furniture but that they would hire a company to come fix the cabinet. Much to my dismay and frustration, I allowed because I felt like Garry backed me into a corner.
4. Fast forward to October 2- the company just now made it to my house
after two no shows and fixed my BRAND NEW furniture, over 1.5 months after receiving it ( the rails were improperly placed and had to be physically removed and replaced- how about that for your WD-40 request, Garry S?!). The company that Furniture Cart hired, made two appointments and were no shows TWO times with no phone calls to make my husband and I aware. I had to call them after they didn't arrive for explanations. So lots of wasted time off work and wasted time scheduling.
I realize this is a long review, but bottom line, to save you the hassle of going what I went through, please do not purchase from this company. If you happen to receive defective furniture that you paid your hard-earned money for, you will go through the terrible experience that I went through.

Before I placed the order, I asked them repeatedly whether they had the dining table in stock as other furniture stores such as Wayfair was at least honest about informing customer that the item was discontinued. They then took my payment, saying that they have the stock in the warehouse. After days of "checking and inspecting", of course they did not follow up with me, then they realized that the vendor did discontinue the product. I was left in the cold with this vendor because they don't have the items in stock and they had the audacity to waste my time. You can file your claims with the manufacturer, but don't expect to grab my hard earned money as an utility for you to use as your working capital.
They are so sneaky bunch of dealer, save yourself the agony, stay away because I am not sure whether they have half of the stuff on hand.

We bought a couch from their online store during a discount season. They waited a week to tell us they can't fulfill the order so they have canceled it. Now, sales on furniture have mostly ended and we are left in the lurch. Customer Service basically said 'Sorry, we can't and won't do anything about it.'
Buyers beware.

Excellent experience from ordering to receipt of goods. Ordering process was easy, I have had nothing but positive experiences with customer support, they are very kind, helpful and true to their word. Goods were packed exceptionally well with lots of packing to keep them safe as they had some glass parts. Look wonderful in my new dining room and exactly as displayed online. All in all, very pleased.

Great site!!! I have made several orders with them; from high end stuff for myself to mid-range and lower end furniture for my rental properties in different states. Worked out great every time. Their claim department works like clockwork too, I was missing hardware for a dining set once, all it took is one email to them and their claim person got in touch me the same day, new hardware pack was shipped to me not long after that. Highly recommend this site. AAA+++

This was my first time buying furniture online, and I was nervous about the experience. However, I was pleasantly surprised at how well everything went. The customer service was great, fast responses to all my questions. Furniturecart saved me $400 and we got the set 2 weeks earlier than local furniture store promised. High quality furniture at great prices and better service than any high end furniture store. Definitely going to do more business with them

What a great both service and the price. My home is newly decorated, purchased and got delivered within 3.5 weeks new bedroom, dining and kitchen table and chairs. Everything was delivered and installed at no charge. Great experience overall. Good selection of sofas and matching occasional table to choose from. Very happy working with furniture cart people. Customer service guys are helpful and friendly. One of the chairs had cracked leg, replacement was ordered before they even finished assembling the rest. Good job guys. Will buy from the more and will most definitely recommend to all my friends. Housewarming party is coming.

I ordered a sectional and waited a month for it to be shipped out. When received I opened all the packaging within an hour of receiving it. I found some concealed shipping damage and immediately notified furniturecart.com and sent pictures.
I am STILL waiting for a resolution. They offered me $300 for something that will cost me $1000 to repair.
NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!!!

We ordered a sofa, loveseat, chair and 1/2 and an ottoman. It all came quicker than expected, which was great! Furniturecart did a wonderful job of keeping us up to date on where our furniture was.
