Great Furniture Deal - This company is a total disgrace. I placed an order on November 15th, 2023, and didn't receive my recliner until March of 2024; this should have been a red flag immediately. Their reasoning was that it was being custom-made for me, which is a total joke; it was definitely not custom made. Approximately five weeks after receiving it, nearly five months after the order was placed, I started having problems with the reclining mechanism; it was grinding and getting stuck. I spent so much time providing pictures and audio recordings, essentially everything they asked for. Despite this, I kept getting blown off. They finally sent me a new reclining mechanism in a huge box. As a disabled person, I can't even move it, yet it's in the middle of my living room floor. Then they told me to find a person who can install it locally, which I felt is not my responsibility. I finally located someone; but then they informed me that they would not pay for the installation of the new reclining mechanism. I argued that this problem happened only five weeks after I received the recliner, well within the Consumer Protection Law's jurisdiction, especially considering that I paid over $1,000 for this unit. However, the company will not replace or repair the item. I am taking other action to hopefully resolve this frustrating problem. To anyone else considering dealing with this unethical company, beware! You should stay away from this company.

I love this company! I can buy the same furniture that I can at a local company, but for a lower price, and delivered quickly. Actually, I sometimes shop locally for what I want and then have GreatFurnitureDeal price it out for me to save money. I love that there is no haggling or pressure to purchase, or annoying sales reps hounding you. We have purchased multiple items in the past, including a couch set for our theater room, and a bedroom set that have been great! Every person we talk to is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional and we have referred many to this company because we know they will be pleased.

Love this company! What's not to like about a company that sells the same furniture that you can overpay for at the local furniture stores for a lower price, and deliver it to you quickly. There is no haggling or pressure to purchase, or annoying sales reps hounding you because they are paid on commission. We have purchased multiple items in the past, including a bedroom set back in 2011 that has been great! Every person we talk to is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional and we have referred many to this company because we know they will be pleased.

Absolutely amazing Customer Service! HUGE selection and really great quality. I will be using them from here on out and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality and a great deal.

Very unpleasant experience. He wasn't even aware of prices on the website and would quote me a higher price. I did order there one day and canceled the next. He charged a restocking fee, even though the merchandise never left the store/warehouse.
