Dishonest company. Listed a table we bought from them as having a concrete top, with material being concrete... when we received the table, the material was actually wood covered with laminate. Absolutely shocking how misleading the advertising of this item was on their website. We sent the item back as soon as we received it. They should be ashamed of themselves to deal with dishonest suppliers.

Terrible experience. Items ‘in stock’ delivered late, not delivered at all. Two months later the entire couch cracked and the claims department is a complete joke. Wish I bough somewhere else.

Buyer beware! I purchased a $4,000 sectional on May 2020 and received a damaged sectional. The frame was broken on one piece and the rest was filed with stains and stretched out fabric. After contacting their claims department they advised that a new sectional would be sent. It is now November and I have not received the replacement couch. Same your money and take it elsewhere. They truly do not care of customer satisfaction and delivering quality products.

Ordered 2 rugs from High Fashion Home shortly after moving to our new home in May. We received 1 rug, and the 2nd was marked delivered but never delivered to the house (we were home during COVID). After speaking with the company on several occasions, we have patiently waited for a resolution as they filed a claim with their delivery company. Unfortunately, it is now August and I have not heard any follow up for over a month. I have called multiple times and been told someone handling the claim or a manager would call back — to no avail. Very disappointed to be out hundreds of dollars, likely unable to still get the same rug, and no assistance from High Fashion Home whom I sure has insurance for these situations. :(

Beautiful store but poor practices/service. They sold me a non-custom end table displayed in their showroom then called me two days later and said that it is on back order for 6 months. I asked if I could purchase the floor model -- and they said no. They want to keep it on the floor so they can sell more back ordered items to others. I advise you spend your money elsewhere so you have a chance of actually seeing them this year.

High-quality furniture at a great price. Helpful sales people and easy in-store and online process. We have purchased 2 couches, art, paintings, a rug, coffee table, end tables and pillows. They have a huge selection in store and online and designers can talk you through the process on the website. Tons of variety you won't find in other stores.

High Fashion Home is my go to for fabric, lighting and accessories. Be sure to veer to right after entering, totally fab boho clothing awaits.

We orders a dining table on February 21st and received a confirmation it would be shipped 5-7 days from that date. To date, April 4th there is no update as to the whereabouts of the table. Email inquires to customer service go unanswered. Via telephone the response is when they have an update by the shipping company they will let us know. We spoke with JB Hunt the shipping company who indicated High Fashion uses a third party shopper so they have no shipping information.

I have never had a worse experience trying to purchase from a company than I have had with High Fashion Home. I ordered a very expensive Four Hands bed from their website, had it delivered and it was missing several pieces, no hardware and no instructions. I contacted them and they said that they would take care of it, but I needed to not only tell them what I was missing, but take pictures of everything that I actually received. I did this and explained what I was missing. After one week, they said they shipped the piece, two weeks later the piece arrived, was damaged and was the exact same piece that we already had and we are still missing several pieces, hardware and instructions. It has now been one month with an unusable bed and they have our money. I finally did a chargeback through my credit card company and am purchasing the bed for Four Hands themselves. Horrible, horrible experience. This company is 100% incompetent and dishonest and they should really be reimbursing me for my valuable time that I have spent trying to get their mess figured out.

Excellent products and service! I like their great selection of furniture, accessories, and art, as well as their delivery service. I would definitely recommend this to my friends.

High Fashion Home I have purchased furniture, light fixtures and accessories from for many of my design projects. They have a great selection, style and are a pleasure to work with. I will be back for my future projects. They also have always been on time for deliveries and take great care when they are in my client's homes.
