“This store was amazing and their customer service is top-notch! We were having trouble finding a couch we liked in the Tallahassee area so we decided to take a day trip to Jacksonville to visit a few stores there. I am so happy we wandered into Woodchuck's! Not only did they help us find exactly what we wanted and walk us through the process of designing our own Bassett couch, but they were able to deliver to our house 2.5 hours from the store! The staff at Woodchuck's made sure to explain that Bassett had a decent wait time for new designs, but it was well worth the wait! They were great at communicating when we could expect delivery and staying in contact throughout the entire process. The gentlemen who delivered it were awesome too! They were very friendly and not only unloaded it from the truck and placed it exactly where we wanted, but they set up all the pillows and took the time to answer my questions on the fabric and the best way to clean and care for our new couch. I'd highly recommend this store and the Bassett brand to everyone! The couch is so comfy and Woodchuck's Fine Furniture is wonderful!”
