This company claims to sell like new mattresses that actually are new, but have been cosmetically damaged in shipping and may or may not still be in plastic. I purchased one and had it delivered. It was totally worn out, beyond bad. I complained and they delivered a second, which was equally worn out. I had to buy a different mattress from a different company. Kern would not refund the purchase price or pick up the item. They admitted in our last phone call they don't know where the mattresses come from.
