This is a Family owned business and you can certainly tell. The care and impeccable service from designers to the delivery team was quite impressive. The designer help us customize the couch and loveseat we purchased, fabric to style of arms to legs and even the density of cushions. There was a budget which was met without any sort of up selling. We were so happy with furniture we ordered a coffee and end table. The delivery team was outstanding as well. Thank You for our experience! CD

It was such a pleasure working with Joan on our living room makeover! We have a lot of odd angles in our home that made our living space hard to design and blank wall space that I had no idea what to do with. Joan came in and saved the day! She was easy to work with and listened to our needs and wants! Her eye for design and color made it so easy for us to trust her! She was able to quickly pick up on our design appeal of color schemes and came up with a fabulous make over! I was intimidated at first but quickly felt at ease! Her expertise and professionalism made this experience well worth it! I’m just upset I didn’t utilize her and Knilans services from the get go!

Newly refinished hardwood flooring led me to Knilan's and Joan to renew my living room furnishings and flow. She visited to see and measure the space and then captured my likes in 4 design suggestions. The quality, value and personal attention has been beyond my expectations. I couldn't be more satisfied!

Excellent consulting during the furniture shopping experience, through delivery. I was so happy working with Gabby! They have high quality selection, and hundreds of options for fabric and customization. Everything went smoothly from the purchase to the on time delivery. The gentleman who delivered were polite and did a wonderful job moving items in carefully, and helping with placement. From start to finish, I was taken care of. The furniture itself is gorgeous and just as expected in quality. I will definitely shop at Knilan's again, and recommend them to others. I see why they have been in business in the Quad Cities for so long!

We have worked with Joan on a few projects now and she's been most helpful and insightful with her great eye and sense of style. She is extremely knowledgeable about the product lines, patient as I work through the decision making process for our home, and great with communicating quotes and suggestions. Recently we had a warranty issue with a sofa and everyone from Joan, Jessi in customer service, Lloyd in the warehouse/delivery and even Tim the owner, was involved. To say the service they provided was professional, kind and exceptional during this process might just not be enough! While no one likes to have problems like these it was nice to have a company stand behind their product and make things right. The Quad Cities is very lucky to have a locally owned business such as Knilans' here for our furniture and interior needs. We look forward to another piece which should be arriving soon and to work with the Knilans' staff again in the future.

We worked with Joan to furnish our new home and pick out new artwork. We love all our new pieces and the delivery team was excellent.

The team at Knilans' worked with my crazy schedule and budget, giving tours, walking through options, to find something I'm happy with and thrilled to now own. I've bought furniture in the past where it was a good idea when you're looking at it, then the sticker shock hits an hour later and I couldn't go through with the purchase. With Knilans, I was comfortable the entire time. The delivery was also painless.

We purchased a lovely king sleigh bed from Knilans'. It was for our master bedroom and both Lori and Jessie were terrific to work with. Lori did a great job of finding the look and quality of the bed we wanted while keeping in our budget. As a Certified Professional Stager I work with many designers and find the staff at Knilans' to have exceptional service.

Judy helped us select paper, paint, window treatments, and tile back splash for our kitchen/dinette and laundry room. She also found wonderful people to strip old wall paper and paint, make window treatments and install them, and someone to install the tile. We were very pleased.
