My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I ordered a Cutter Seat in Black Oak from Kontrast. It arrived slightly damaged in shipping. I messaged Louise to ask her what she could do to resolve the issue. She worked with the manufacturer to have another seat sent to me which just recently arrived. I absolutely love the cutter seat!! It came with a template and was easy to install. It is beautify designed, handcrafted and it is built to last!! The customer service that Louise provided was top notch and I would definitely recommend buying from Kontrast!!! Regards, Scott
