L J Edwards is a locally owned home furnishings showroom and design studio that offers unique furniture and accessories at great values in a relaxed boutique setting. We show our passion for style and design by creating a fun and distinctive experience for you. And we are excited to offer a broad selection of distinctive looks that compliment any lifestyle. Our showroom is located in Brookfield CT, or find us at www.ljedwards.com. Our creative team of interior designers are here to make your decorating dreams a reality. And all of our custom design services are on the house! Our talented design staff have the ability to allow you to visualize your space and enable you to feel comfortable knowing everything selected will work together and look great. We have a workroom that displays 2000 fabrics and leathers and an abundance of resources for area rugs, lighting, accents, bedding, and window treatments. When looking for furniture for our new house we looked at numerous furniture stores searching for the perfect bedroom set. It wasn’t until we walked into LJ Edwards, with their beautiful show room, that we picked our furniture set. The stunning bedroom set caught my eye, not only by appearance but the quality of the set. We had the pleasure of working with Leslie who was more than patient and helpful with selecting the bedroom set and deciding on the color of the stain. She spent the time to get to know my style, what I wanted, and the space we were filling in order to help with the selection. Once the set was delivered, it was beyond perfect and we get so many compliments on it. I know this bedroom set will last us years to come. Also, the delivery team- Leslie was not kidding when she told us they had the best delivery guys around. It was a rainy day when it arrived and they did everything to protect the furniture from getting wet; they removed their shoes each time they entered my home, and made sure to protect my walls and staircase as they went up. Very pleased with the entire LJ Edwards team!

Our experience with L. J. Edwards was great. We met Chad our first day there and he helped us design the living room of our dreams. The quality of the furniture was far better then the area furniture stores. He also made our experience fun and stress free. We had a few problems on delivery day but Chad and the L.J. Edwards team worked with us to be sure we got what we wanted and were happy in the end. I would highly recommend L.J. Edwards to friends and family and we will return on our next home project. Entering LJ Edwards, we had somewhat of an idea of how we wanted to furnish and decorate our back -to -back living room and dining rooms. We worked with Chad who listened to our ideas, came to our home to get a better feel for the work-space, and then created a variety of decorating options. Chad has a great sense of style and the unique ability to incorporate our wishes into the end product making it a reflection of the balance of our home. He was also very patient when I requested more than one change to the design! For us, working with Chad was a wonderful experience and one I would recommend to all.

I recently moved into a newly constructed home and starting from scratch on furnishing it, can be a daunting experience. From my first visit to the LJ Edwards showroom, I felt that Chad, my consultant, helped to construct the design I envisioned for my new home. Chad visited my home to measure space and his recommendations on scale and size for rugs, furniture and artwork maximize the design affect for my very high ceilings. The furniture is of high quality and the choices for workmanship options and fabrics is the full package in design. I have been pleased with my experience with LJ Edwards and continue to go back for all my design needs.
