I just want to give a shout out to Laura and her entire staff. It’s a small local business that does everything right. Laura has been decorating and making many of our houses a home for over 17 years. From the house that our children grew up in, to our empty nester dream. Though, she didn’t stop there. She went on to decorate our boat and beach house on Hilton Head Island. She nails it each and every time. Each one being different and special in their own way. Honestly, the biggest compliment that we are given when guests come to visit, is that our home is very welcoming and warm…and we give all the credit to Laura. She knows that we love to entertain, so she picks furniture and accessories that will accommodate those needs and make any guest feel welcome in our home. Laura is one of a kind and after so many years of spending time together and watching each other’s children grow into young adults, we are blessed to call her a family friend.

My fiance and I are so grateful we had the opportunity to work with Karen Fehlman and Renee Wolfe furnishing the first level of our new home! We are based in Northern Virginia but my fiance's family is from the Canton area. When we were in town for the holidays, we met with Karen for the first time and after that, all of our meetings were done virtually. Karen is so easy going and a pleasure to work with - although it was so exciting picking out furniture, it was also a bit of a daunting task as the selections are endless! Karen helped to narrow down all the choices for us, was very mindful of our budget and is really an expert on what works well in a space, including factoring in the dimensions, textures and how all the pieces fit together and feel balanced in our open floor plan. My fiance and I think of ourselves as easy going, but we were really picky LOL. Karen was SO patient with us - she helped to find us the PERFECT custom sofa and pieces that fit our style perfectly. She is very caring, fun and we could tell she wanted us to be happy. We absolutely love everything we selected with LOP, from the big pieces like the dining table and chairs all the way down to the lamps and accent pieces. Renee is so organized, detail oriented and helped to coordinate everything with the drop shipping services! She communicated with the vendors on the status of all our items and updated us along the way, and was always very responsive to our questions. We couldn't recommend Laura of Pembroke and Karen and Renee as a team enough - they really went above and beyond for us - we've already told our family and friends and will definitely be using them on our next project when we move again!

LOP has been a terrific asset to my redesign/redecorating project of my great room. It is a difficult space with only the center of the room available for furniture. Abby Hanzie has been absolutely fantastic to work with. Her creative ideas have taken me outside the box of what I envisioned in the room. From colors, to dimensions to overall project design has been nothing sort of awesome. She is an easy going, fun person to work with too. I never feel like I'm bothering her, or asking too many questions. She always has an answer. And, she isnt a designer who only has one style. She helps the individual work within their parameters as necessary. We are so happy to have Abby and LOP working with us.

My design project with LOP exceeded my expectations! They worked with my current style and existing pieces I wanted to keep in my home decor and added in the flair and updates I was seeking. With a handful of 'switch out' items: lighting, furniture, paint, art and accent pieces, I had a whole new look that fit into my home's current modern traditional sparkle!

I cannot praise the team at Laura of Pembroke enough. My only regret is delaying my 1st visit to their store. I wish I would have consulted with them as our new home was being designed, because their knowledge and insight would have saved me TONS of time and costly changes after we were under construction. Karen is an absolute genius and a gem to work with! I have the most beautifully furnished home imaginable- far exceeding my expectations in every way. Every single team member was so friendly, helpful and genuine... I could go on and on.... Building a house was probably the most difficult and frustrating thing I have ever done. It's amazing what can happen when someone listens to your ideas, hears what you are saying and knows the definition of a budget. After my second meeting with Karen, I left the store thinking..."Oh My Gosh, I feel like she 'gets' me!? How is this possible??'" She provided so much more than supplying me with 'pretty things'. Karen took her time, understood what I liked and didn't like, made appropriate suggestions and delivered what she promised. Even though I was so frustrated during the construction phase and had no desire to pick out anything else house related, the team at LOP made me realize something I had forgot.... I worked with Karen Fehlman, she helped us pick out all of our light fixtures for our new home we were building. She was very professional and really took the time to find out what style we wanted and worked to find things that matched our style and our budget. I would definitely recommend her for your design needs. We also had one light fixture that starting causes us issues and they contacted the company and got us a replacement. Everyone we worked with here was friendly and helpful!

I have been working with LOP for over 15 years. They have done design work and provided furnishing not only for my homes but to the hotels and restaurants I operate. Their designs have been fantastic and the furniture of very good quality at a fair price. They just completed another 6500 sq ft home for me in Florida. I can't recommend them enough.

Laura of Pembroke is a gem in Canton, Ohio. If you want different home furnishings that are unique, this is your place! Lighting, art, bedding, curtains, rugs, customized sofas/pillows and so much more. Price ranges are fabulous. There is always a sale section, and they also have more expensive one of a kind pieces if that’s what you’re looking for. My house is slowly becoming a LOP show room. The interior design team is fabulous, and will design residential or commercial. Check out the interior design portfolio on their website. Very impressive and the Memmer homes are gorgeous. Women’s fashion and accessories are just as impressive as their home furnishings. They feature brands such as Ted Baker, Kate Spade, Alice and Olivia, Sugarlips, Sole Society and so much more. I absolutely love the Kendra Scott jewelry, and also lines such as Mod + Jo from Dallas, Texas. They’re fringe earrings are to die for! All of their staff members are extremely personable. I feel very comfortable trying on clothing, and asking for their opinion. They are always honest and on multiple occasions they have thought an item on sale looked better on me than an item that was full priced. The owners are genuine and truly work hard to give their clients/customers what they want! Shop small and local :)

Laura of Pembroke is awesome! I ordered a stool from them that had been discontinued. They had the 4 I wanted in their showroom and went above and beyond to figure out how to ship them to me (they're in Ohio, I'm in California). They were super communicative and nice. I wish all businesses were this wonderful. And of course, the stools are perfect!

I redid my basement and LOVE IT!!!I knocked down a wall and completely changed colors and carpet. Karen was a huge help and knows my like and dislikes. I purchased my furniture through Laura of Pembroke and absolutely love it! I had went to Laura of Pembroke to just look around at the store and to see if a designer could come to my home to give me their professional opinion of what I could do with my plain open colorless foyer area and ended up redoing my foyer and my dinning room which was going to be the last room done in my house! I loved the furniture, lamps, curtains, decor and colorsceme so much that I just had to have that room done first!!! I had this room done in 2014 & every time I glance or step foot into my dinning room I still have that wow feeling! After stumbling upon this amazing store, I have been working closely with Laura of Pembroke consistently over the past 3 years. The design team has assisted in planning, implementation and design of an extensive master suite renovation (bedroom, bath and conversion of a bedroom into a jaw-dropping walk-in closet), and additional full bathroom. I have continued to be impressed with the design team & staff, in addition to the products I have purchased.
