“We like working with Sandy for a number of reasons. First, she asks your budget so she knows what she can work with and there won’t be any big surprises. If she does press the budget envelop a little, it’s often a good idea and gives us something to think about. Sandy is willing to work with things we have such as large furniture pieces, antiques, family heirlooms, and especially our artwork. In fact, she built a whole room around the colors in one piece of artwork in our family room. When she presents ideas, she often has three different but realistic recommendations. This gives us the feeling that she listened and really worked on our behalf. Finally, if there is a problem with something delivered, she is all over it to make it right. “Well I'm not big on leaving reviews but this one requires it. At first I was against the whole idea of a farmhouse table (it was my wife who wanted it) for our beach house but that has changed. We chose a style and place the order. Talking with David was delightful and I could tell he knew what he was doing. Long story short, when they delivered it I was blown away! I knew it would look good but WOW!! So now it's me who loves it and my wife kind of (just kidding). You see I enjoy company stopping by, and her not so much, but they're still dropping by to see it and they love it too. Overall a beautiful product, excellent workmanship, timely delivery, and the white-glove customer service was incredible. Thanks David, we'll treasure it for years. And really just kidding about my wife, she absolutely loves it (even with the extra traffic). Best, Wallace”

“A little off the beaten track, we had to search for Grand Furniture, but after finding it we were thrilled. This is not your fancy furniture showplace, it is more rugged and dark like an old warehouse. Since you pay for the fancy and pricey showrooms, we would rather save the money and shop with friendly people who go out of their way to be helpful. We arrived with oxygen and inability to navigate stairs, but NO problem for them. They showed us to their docking area where we could hop on the freight elevator up to the furniture area. Again, so accommodating to us and helpful in finding just what we needed. We purchased a power recliner sofa exactly like the one we already found in another "fancy" store and their price was less than HALF what the other stores quoted us! We also found a bargain on a small dresser for our guest bedroom and an end table that was perfect for the spot next to our new sofa. We also found the match for our headboard in a nightstand for our guest room. Again, all of the pieces we found were a fantastic price and for name brand furniture. These are NOT seconds or "cheap" furniture pieces. We were thrilled and Grand Furniture will be the first place we look for furniture next time we are in need of anything. Our only regret was that we did not know they existed and we drove into Knoxville and spent twice as much for the same items we could have obtained at Grand Furniture. We won't make that mistake again. Love this place and the friendly family who run it and care about their customers.”
