In summary, MH’s response to the problem below is not indicative or within the spirit of a business trying do the right thing for their customers. This includes accepting accountability for mistakes when they happen. Unfortunately, it has been a very costly experience as the refund is subject to a 10% fee in addition to providing MH with full reimbursement for their shipping expenditures and any costs relating to damages that may occur on its way back.
Problem: I informed MH I received 2 sofas in a light gray color which should have been in a darker gray color; for this reason I needed to return them. I also stated I felt it was reasonable to expect to be refunded the full amount of the purchase given the circumstances. I sent 3 photos to support my claim.
1st photo - the shade of the swatch I received is a darker gray than the swatch attached to the sofa.
2nd photo (fabric selection web page) - the shade of the sofa is presented as dark gray for the “Night” fabric and comparatively the same to the swatch I received.
3rd photo (web page called “shop the look”) - the shade of the sofa is light gray for the “Night” fabric showing a close likeness to the sofas I received.
Regarding the 1st photo, MH stated a slight variation is to be expected and their teams confifrmed it was within tolerance of what they expect for the variance in color.
Regarding the 2nd & 3rd photos, MH explained the difference of surrounding colors and tones played a large role in how the fabric appeared fully upholstered in the 2 photos. I assume their use of the word “large” is meant to explain the large color difference between the 2 photos on their website for the same fabric. Within a week of having received the 3 photos, MH modified the color on the “fabric selection” web page to represent a lighter color of gray for the “Night” fabric. One can surmise the prior image in the 2nd photo showing the “Night” fabric as dark gray was in error.
Irrespective to MH’s error in representing the “Night” fabric as a dark gray color as seen in the 2nd photo, MH fails to acknowledge this was the color depicted in the photographic image at the time of my purchase, which held the promise of what was expected to be delivered.

I ordered a sofa from Maiden Home and so far I am extremely disappointed with this company. I got rid of my other sofas to make room for it a few days before the scheduled delivery, only to discover 3 days before the scheduled delivery that they wouldn't be able to deliver it on Monday after all. I understand that there are supply chain issues, but cancelling a delivery a couple of days before is unacceptable. Not only that, but they wouldn't be able to make the delivery for almost another 2 weeks! There didn't appear to be any real concern that they were inconveniencing me, and no offer of any compensation. (We have no furniture to sit on in our living room.) I spoke to Juni, the manager, who was supposed to get back to me yesterday, but never did. I've been working with another high end furniture company, and they have always been able to tell me when the furniture would be in, and have never cancelled my delivery last minute, ever. I wouldn't recommend this company unless you are okay with last minute cancellations.

Received a 6 piece Jones modular sectional in the Bone performance textured linen. We love it - originally really had our heart set on the RH cloud but ultimately thought it to be a bit too sloppy for us, so so glad we chose the Jones from maiden home instead. Quality, comfort and communication all were top notch. No complaints and their design team was very helpful on the phone.

Got our 90inch Sullivan a month or so ago. Love it! Excellent quality and service - love supporting a women owned business that’s making in the usa but the product is even better than the back story. I will be back for more!

Ordered a Thompson canopy bed in Boucle and a Jones modular sectional (6 pieces) in a velvet. Have waited 2 months to write this review to really see how these pieces live. The white glove delivery and assembly was seamless and they called when they were an hour out. The products themselves exceeded my admittedly high expectations - the quality is exceptional and I believe these pieces are more beautiful in person than on the website. The fabrics were true to the swatch.
The Thompson bed is a stunner and we’ve designed our master bedroom around it - the way the pieces come together was also very elegant. The Jones modular is very comfortable and perfect for Netflix nights - it sinks but offers support and doesn’t read overly casual. Overall we are VERY HAPPY with our purchase and we will be back. So many brands are filled with fluff but you guys delivered and it hasn’t gone unnoticed. Thanks maiden home!

Have specified maiden home for multiple clients now and have only the best things to say about their quality and service. our clients rave about the Sullivan and Dune sofas/sectional from a comfort standpoint as well as design. Getting a slip cover stitched in the US with hand tied frames at this price point is simply not available anywhere else!
Especially in these covid times - important for me to recommend brands to my clients with great service that regardless of what crazy things happen (and with the all the supply chain issues in th world right now!) - will do their level best to take care of my clients. Thanks Maiden Home!

Ordered a dune sofa as well as a set of morro tables. impressed with the quality and comfort of the pieces. My order was slightly delayed due to foam supply issues but they communicated clearly and were honest throughout.
The dune is incredibly comfortable but not at all messy looking which was my big concern. I can tell it’s very high quality. Will be shopping with maiden home again !

I am so happy I found maiden home. Took a leap of faith ordering numerous pieces from maiden home on the recommendation of a designer friend for our new home. The pictures while beautiful don’t do the product justice. All the pieces are very high quality in person and we’ve gotten so many compliments from friends. The Thompson canopy bed is my dream bed and the Jones sectional is so comfortable while still looking great/not sloppy. While our pieces were slightly delayed (I don’t have a single order for our new home from any co in any category that hasn’t been delayed in this pandemic … still waiting for our washing machine!!) but they were incredibly kind in communicating delays and in the end it was only two weeks late even though they warned at one point it could be a month.
Again really happy to have found an authentic American company that backs up beautiful marketing with a quality product and quality service. We’ve had to interact with so many home goods cos in setting up our new home particulArly given all the supply
Chain issues globally and you’d think great quality and service wouldn’t be hard to find but I assure you it very much is! Maybe we will get our RH bed in 2022!!

UPDATE: After I posted this review, Maiden Home reached out to me to make things right. They quickly made me a replacement cushion and sent a repair technician out to repair the hole in the lining. I’m happy with this resolution.
INITIAL REVIEW:After reading all of the glowing reviews online, I took a chance and ordered the Sullivan sectional in Chenille fabric. The pros: The product looked beautiful on arrival and was comfortable right away. The cons: the delivery guys put a hole in the underside of my piece when delivering(and nearly took out my bannister) and I was told Maiden Home would get in touch with me to make it right. They never did. The bigger issue is that 7 weeks into ownership my sectional looks at least 5 years old. The cushion covers are so baggy and sloppy no matter how much fluffing I do. Maiden home customer service simply tells me to flip and smooth my cushions. They will not take ownership of their faulty craftsmanship. A hard $4600 pill to swallow.

Never again. I ordered the Warren sofa in early March with a delivery date of 8 weeks or early May. It’s July and despite being told in May I would have it in July I’m now told that’s not the case. My best case is September. I never would have ordered a sofa with a six month lead time. Graduations, holidays, birthdays, etc. come and go and I do not have a sofa in my living room. I’m continually led on by false promises of delivery dates and here we are.

Mediocre quality for the price
I’ll start with the good: I ordered the Crosby sectional in indigo chevron and the fabric and color is beautiful. It’s not soft... but also not uncomfortable. Overall the fabric part of the couch is very firm and seems well made... I’m hoping it lasts a long time but also softens and relaxes a bit. Right now it feels a bit formal to sit on (and it’s in our TV room...). Still - it LOOKS great.
The reason for my rating: Beyond comfort mentioned above, the legs that come together in the back of the couch to support the joining of the main section and the sectional do not match whatsoever. The aren’t parallel, making them look super wonky. I emailed customer support with pictures and they said they look fine. For a $3500 couch from a brand that prides itself in quality, it’s a glaring oversight that makes the couch look cheap. Disappointed that customer service is standing behind this low quality as well.
