Marty Wilkinson is an award-winning designer based in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Her company, Metamorphosis, can stage up to 40 homes at one time. Our Metamorphosis retail showroom is full of unique, new and consigned furniture, rugs, artwork, accessories and gifts and is located at 3005 S. St. Francis Dr., Unit 2A in Santa Fe (at the corner of Zia Rd. and St. Francis Dr.)

Using Metamorphosis staging services was the best decision we made to help sell our Casita in Ojo Caliente, NM. Before the staging we had been on the market for almost a year with no success. As soon as the staging was set up, we had many positive responses and sold within 6 Months. Working with Marty Wilkinson was easy and a pleasure. She did and excellent job staging our one bedroom Casita with taste and decorum. She made the place look welcoming, comfortable with a touch of understated luxury. I was initially sceptical about staging my house due to the additional cost and the possibility that the style of the staging wouldn't fit with the style of the house. However, Marty and her team have excellent taste and a vast inventory of furniture. In fact I would go so far as to say that I would hire her as an interior designer if the opportunity arose, and it was a joy to live in the house with the staging in place. Did it help sell the house? Who knows, but the house did sell and I had requests to sell some of the staged furniture with it, so I am in little doubt that it did help.

I'm sure that Marty's staging helped sell our house. It looked great and, thanks to Marty, really had a "wow" factor. There was increased interest and buyer enthusiasm after we staged the house. Marty brought out its best features, and the furnishings and accessories enhanced the overall look and feel of the home. We enjoyed working with Marty, too. Not only is she creative, she's efficient and reliable too. We were on the fence about staging initially, but there's no doubt in my mind that it helped sell our house.

Metamorphis changed my life. I was asked to list a beautiful property staged by Metamorphosis. Unable to sell their home after many months and through numerous realtors the Sellers asked Marty Nelson to help furnish their home.
Miracles happen and within days of my listing, people came to look and never left. Having it staged so warm and cozy during the holidays when the days were overcast and cold brought the home to life.
The furnishings fit so perfectly the Buyers asked Marty if they could purchase almost everything.
Though, this isn't Metamorphosis's philosophy all parties were thrilled. and I walked away happily.
