I wouldn't even give them a star if this was an option. I called to inquire about a product and was hung up on. I called back and asked for a manager to complain and was hung up on again.

I am really happy with the sideboard I ordered from the company. One panel was accidentally damaged in shipping, but they sent me a new one right away. I think for the price, you won't find better designed modern furniture.

I purchased a dining room table from them and had a great experience. The pricing was the lowest and the delivery went very smoothly. They showed up on time and could not have been nicer and more accommodating. I look forward to purchasing from them again in the near future.

Wall unit that was purchased in cash in August 2015 has been delivered and installed in December 2015. Delivered unit was not matching to our design (missing shelf, missing back panels). In a week found that one door has cracks, wood was delaminating. During first month one of the glass doors broke, fell on my wife. That broken door was replaced to defected that they found in their storage after a month of visits, calls and emails. the third glass door is also defected, wood frame around the glass is about to brake too. I told to my wife not to touch it, not to use it. During two months could not get from the store replacement for these parts. My last option was to go to court.
Stay away from this place or will lose your money. Bad furniture quality, bad customer service

1. All European manufacturers closed for the winter vacation from Dec. 21 till about January 6th. I got your picture on Dec 17, 1 day is not enough for large manufacturer to process your replacement request.
2. If you receive a wrong or damaged piece you should claim it ASAP to get it within reasonable time frame, our container left from Spar on Dec. 21, I would be able to load this replacement door into this container IF you claim it right after your delivery.
3. Now on we have to pay for your replacement because factory give us 48 hours gap after delivery done to claim all missing or damaged pieces, only in that case replacement is free. You did not send me any notices until Dec. 15.
4. Your wall unit has arrived in according to your order, you have rejected to install back panel and never mentioned it's wrong size to me until Dec. 15. You also reject to order the correct size back panel on Dec. 15. You been screaming at me (and at my partner some time before) when both of us was trying to help you, WHAT IS ACTUALLY WRONG WITH YOUR WALL UNIT?
5. Attached is Spar Hot line catalog in PDF format, same line as your wall unit, please check an entire catalog to see that OPEN LIBRARY UNIT DOES NOT COME WITH THE BACK PANEL, it is indicated on your invoice also. Library unit with back panel DOES NOT EXIST within mentioned line.

I did not refuse to give you defected door last time. It's just frustrating to lose half a day to see replacement of broken to defected. I am sorry, but if you don't replace three doors I will have no other choice than to go to court. Remember that I paid $4500 and was waiting four months instead of three for the really low quality furniture. For half of that money I could get furniture at the same day from IKEA. So, for my money I want to get furniture that will not brake in a month.

There is only 2 ways to fix the problem:
1. Pick up all defective or damaged parts from you and bring it to the repair / service shop - you refused to give us this parts. After our phone conversation you have allowed our driver to take only one defective door.
2. Since first option have been refused by you we have to send you in-home repair service. Please understand that it may take some time to schedule your appointment for some particular date, especially on weekend.

German I write you long time ago that this line has been discontinued, Spar does not manufacture this wall units anymore, we are not rejecting to fix your problems but you also have to cooperate with us. After two months you are telling me that theanufacturer discontinued this line? But you told me back in December 2015 that will order new doors(See email chain) and at that time it was in production. Even after termination of that line manufacturer should be capable to correct his product. It seems to me you never contacted manufacturer.
Month ago, when you replaced broken door to defective, you picked up the door and you did not ask me about repairs. Is the door that you picked up last time fixed, can you brink it tomorrow?
You had option to come after 5pm or on weekend and you chose weekend. Okay, I was waiting for this weekend two weeks and it looks like you are not ready again.
Also, we agreed on replacement but not repairs in my home to paralyze all our day.
You are asking about my cooperation, then I am asking you already two months. Come tomorrow as it was previously scheduled.

Hello German,
You did not show up yesterday in the court so your case was dismissed. Nevertheless I want to inform you that after meeting with the Spar owner in February manufacturer agreed to produce 2 x curved doors for replacement, we have received it at the end of March, I been waiting for the court decision to complete this replacement. Regarding the cracked horizontal door - it can only be fixed, unfortunately they can not produce this item anymore.
If you still need to replace this doors please let me know.

"in-home repair service" means nothing else but in-home repair, technician will come to you and fix all problems at your home since you refused to give us defective parts. If you also refusing to make any repairs at your home I honestly do not know what else I can do to fix this problem.

What is the reason for our technician to come if you will not allow him to do the repair? German I write you long time ago that this line has been discontinued, Spar does not manufacture this wall units anymore, we are not rejecting to fix your problems but you also have to cooperate with us. We try to pick defective parts from you - you not allowed us to do so, we try to fix it at your place, even scheduled a weekend appointment for you which is not usual and you first agreed to, even confirmed an appointment and now on you are saying that you do not want any repairs at your place... What we have to do in that situation?

After two months you are telling me that theanufacturer discontinued this line? But you told me back in December 2015 that will order new doors(See email chain) and at that time it was in production. Even after termination of that line manufacturer should be capable to correct his product. It seems to me you never contacted manufacturer.
Month ago, when you replaced broken door to defective, you picked up the door and you did not ask me about repairs. Is the door that you picked up last time fixed, can you brink it tomorrow?
You had option to come after 5pm or on weekend and you chose weekend. Okay, I was waiting for this weekend two weeks and it looks like you are not ready again.
Also, we agreed on replacement but not repairs in my home to paralyze all our day.
You are asking about my cooperation, then I am asking you already two months. Come tomorrow as it was previously scheduled.

It's first time I heard from you today that they cannot produce three doors. What does it mean "I will try"? You sold me defected product and you are responsible for it. I don't need any favor from you. For the money I paid to you I want to get product in good condition but not something that will be falling apart in our hands, causing dander to us.

You did not show up yesterday in the court so your case was dismissed. Nevertheless I want to inform you that after meeting with the Spar owner in February manufacturer agreed to produce 2 x curved doors for replacement, we have received it at the end of March, I been waiting for the court decision to complete this replacement. Regarding the cracked horizontal door - it can only be fixed, unfortunately they can not produce this item anymore.
If you still need to replace this doors please let me know.

MIG is such a great company to do business with. Unlike other companies, you can call MIG and actually get a live person to help you. I ordered a wall unit from them and it arrived quickly. The quality is excellent and the prices are great as well. When my husband and I were unpacking the wall unit from the boxes, we accidentally threw out the hardware. We called MIG and they immediately helped us to get new hardware with no hassles. We are very thankful for their professionalism and would definately recommend their products to anyone looking for quality furniture.

My experience w/MIG Furniture is incredible positive. I was very impressed w/the line of beautiful furniture.
I was very satisfied w/the entertainment I selected...and as pleased with the installation.
My first experience with MIG was end of last year. Around June of this year I ordered another entertainment and was also very satisfied.
They have a lot of different & beautiful models...good prices and excellent qualities.
I recommend this company 100% for 3 main reasons:
1. Quality & beautiful design
2 Customer Service
3. Professional service & installation.
My first purchase was not easy because the entertainment was against the wall and my house is an old house and walls are not straight...they worked very hard to make it possible and I was extremely happy w/end result.

This was an absolutely best shopping experience ever! I bought most of my furniture from MIG. Tim has been supportive from A to Z. Far exceeded my expectations. Spent lots of time helping to find the right products, made arrangements to convert a buffet into credenza with lateral files; actually did that conversion at nominal cost to me. He cautioned me against other product I wanted to use with heavy load, but still found a way to satisfy all my requirements. The delivery and installation were flawless. On top of all, their delivery crew assembled a big dining table I bought from other company who failed me; MIG saved me! And it was a free bonus, no extra charge. The prices were most competitive. I am recommending this company to all my friends who are shopping for modern furniture. As I said, it was an absolutely best experience and I enjoy the memory every time I look at this beautiful furniture in my FL home.

Grate service, I completely satisfied working with MIG Furniture. Ordered: semi-custom Italian wall unit that was build according to my measurements and needs (extra storage space, room for 55" TV, glass vitrine for glassware). Order came on time, grate delivery service and grate product.
