We were directed to Norwood by the specific couch manufacturer we were looking to purchase. The product knowledge and customer service displayed from beginning to end was nothing short of incredible. We took a delayed delivery and within 24 hours of receiving our sectional, we found a significantly lower price elsewhere while looking for dining chairs. One call to Norwood and they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I have become a customer for life and would highly recommend supporting this local business.

Absolutely fantastic service from this store, and, in particular, from Kevin Moore. He is honest, professional and extremely accommodating. Needing to furnish a vacation home from scratch was a daunting task, however dealing with Norwood Furniture was a breeze. Though we did not buy everything from them, we wish we had. Professional Help greeted me upon entering. The furniture is quality and wht I am used to seeing in larger cities with more competition for customers. I loved the showroom and quality of wood products and upholstered items.
