She always responded to me quickly and even on her days off to help with my purchase. Very easy to work with and was very helpful when one of the appliances had an issue. “We built on a sunroom, deck and outdoor kitchen in the past eight months. Having purchsed our hot tub previously at Bassemiers we knew they were where we would shop for items we needed for these projects. We chose our sunroom furniture, Palm Springs Rattan, through them. We were extremely satisfied with the experience as I picked Sunbrella material for some of the furniture and provided my own material for the other furniture items. Since we live about an hour away from Bassemiers when the fabric we ordered (one we provided, not the Subrella) came in the associate we work with at Bassemiers went and picked it up for us. Thank God I had the sunroom to enjoy with all the light and cheery colors in it! We also ordered our outdoor kitchen grill and several other components (Bull products) from Bassemiers and could not be happier. We love to be outside and grill almost every night. Everyone that has seen both projects in person or in pictures loves them!!!
