I received the no fuss plus in June 2022 with multiple pieces splitting and bowing. I have contacted your customer service weekly through multiple emails and calling long distance, leaving multiple messages. You are aware of this issue yet you are not responding. I want to support small businesses and this is a terrible way to treat your customers. Please address this issue.

We bought a King Flex platform bed frame direct from Quagga factory in St Catherine's. It is extremely sturdy , stylish and an excellent price. Much cheaper to buy and pick up direct from Quagga than order from Lowes or Walmart. Assembly was quick and easy. There is no comparable platform bed on the market. Unhesitatingly recommend it. You will be delighted.
