On March 22nd, 2017 you contacted our store and advised you were having an issue with your mattress and box spring. That you believed there was a broken board in the boxspring and that the mattress was sinking. We sent out our service technician to your home on March 23rd, 2017 and he reported that a board had indeed broken in the boxspring and thought the mattress was giving way (perhaps due to the compromised support from the boxspring). However, he also noted he found 3 holes on the underside of the mattress. He advised that we would replace the boxspring as it was 15 months old and under warranty, however did not believe we could do anything about the mattress because of the holes.
We are sorry that you are as upset as you are, however this set of bedding is 15 months old and we have no choice but to follow the manufacturers warranty stipulations. They will not take back a product with holes in it. As far as your receiving the wrong merchandise, we have researched and other than your changing to a lo-profile boxspring, we delivered all merchandise as ordered.
Your replacement boxspring is due to arrive today. You will receive a call within 48 hours to schedule your exchange.
