Purchased a beautiful $4000.00 Wood Dining table from Rez Furniture . Within 10 months the table began to crack and cave in on itself. After leaving multiple message I finally got a call back from Rocky who is either an owner or store manager. They sent someone to our home to see if it can be repaired or needed to be replaced. We didn't hear from anyone for 2 weeks, so we called the person who came to our house. He told us the table cannot be fixed, and he gave the assessment to Rez Furniture. It took several emails and voicemails to get them to call us back regarding replacing the table. They sent pictures of our replacement table over a month ago, and I have been waiting for a delivery date since. I have left 8 voicemails and sent 3 additional emails trying to find out what is going on but it looks like they have no intention of replacing my Table. This is absolutely the worst experience I have had with a luxury store. I would never recommend anyone to this store. The only care about making a sale and do not stand behind their products.

After finding a picture of Rez Furniture's Live Edge coffee table on Houzz, we ordered one sight unseen over the internet. We received the table yesterday, and it's everything we had hoped for. It's truly a work of art that will be a conversation piece in our home for years to come. Due to some issues with the manufacturer and the shipping company, it wasn't a completely smooth transaction; but Rocky and his team at REZ stayed in constant contact and made sure we were completely taken care of. In my mind that's what separates a good company from a great one. I'd give REZ 6 stars if I could.

Rocky's team is without peer. He delivered the furniture on time and at a lower cost than anyone else we were able to find. His professionalism is excellent, and I would recommend him highly.
