I ordered my sectional in July of 2018. I did not receive it until the end of December 2018. There was a problem with getting the fabric I picked, but Rowe never communicated this with the retailer. If they had, I would have picked a different fabric. Rowe missed several projected delivery dates and failed to be honest about the availability of the fabric or completion date with the retailer. I am shocked by the terrible service by Rowe. There was no offer to discount the cost or in any way make up for the absurd delay and untruthful conduct. That being said, I did not cancel the order. The sectional has finally been delivered 5 months later than the estimate when I placed the order. I like the sectional so far & it appears well made, but its hard to trust a company with this sort of business model. I won't purchase from them again. Buyer beware.

I purchased from them in the past. Now that I need replacement slip covers they wont respond. Their web site requires you to complete a form to purchase them but after doing that 4-5 times - nothing. Not even an automated email saying they got my message. Horrible service. Actually, no service.

We purchased our Rowe sectional (the Martin) almost two years ago and it's by far the best sofa I've ever purchased. The tight back style helps it always look polished instead of rumpled (like my past slipcover style sofas). I also love that we could customize the pieces, layout and fabric. We chose sunbrella taupe because we have little kids. Stains come out pretty easily (I recommend wetting the entire cushion to reduce water marks). I've cleaned up applesauce and yogurt this week and it's still looking good. Comfy yet firm. I seriously love this couch and was just browsing their website looking to upgrade the old sectional we have in our basement. Highly recommend this brand--especially with sunbrella fabric!

They promised delivery in a timely fashion and then had production problems that they did not ever share with the retailer. A month later, they still did not know when we would get our delivery as it was only half completed and the fabric availability was in question. They were very unprofessional. We cancelled the order after about 10 weeks.
