These people are more than fabulous. The product is excellent, but so is the customer service. They jumped right into my project, met with the client and got it done!! The closets are gorgeous, and the entire process was so easy. And I am very particular! But they made it very fun and enjoyable. Most importantly, my clients are extremely happy. We could not have been more pleased with the professionals at Poliform Sagart Studio. They came up with a creative use of space creating an exciting new wardrobe design. The new concept required removal of our old closets and interior walls incorporating custom lighting, amazing finishes and increasing our usable space by 50%. Poliform products are beautifully designed with a truly custom appearance. The team offered great suggestions and implemented the wardrobe in a matter of months. Although we were concerned that might be delays due to shipping problems we were pleasantly surprised when the project was completed ahead of schedule by highly trained installers. valentine marziale and vincent sagart walked us through the design to perfection in our master closets. They were knowledgeable, really listened to what we needed/wanted and even guided us to add and cut things to make it just right for us. Vincent and his team are incredible professionals. Their product is of high quality, the Design is done with such precision and professionalism, that the installation is magical. It is installed by a great team, and everything is done in a timely manner. Even during this Covid nightmare to get things done, Vincent got his installation done on time, as promised. For us working with Vincent Sagart and Poliform was invaluable. Moving to a new apartment at the Turnberry in Arlington, Virginia, Vincent came up with a few superb suggestions, most even unrelated to deliveries from Poliform. The most precious and invaluable one was his suggestion to change the floor from wood to tiles. Also, he recommended the tiles, which made all the difference for our new place. We absolutely love it. In addition, Vincent developed a couple projects, first an elegant sliding wall separating a den/office, creating an area convertible to a bedroom if necessary. The second project was designing a bar and storage space blending seamlessly with our other furniture. Here too, Poliform met our expectations 100% Apart from the technicalities, we appreciated the relaxed and friendly relationship we developed with Vincent and his Poliform team over the six months it took to bring it all to completion. To sum up, Vincent and Poliform are a breed apart. We would highly recommend Poliform to our friends and anybody who ask.

Poliform worked with us to design and install our new kitchen and master bedroom dressing area. The project was quite complicated in that the work was occurring in renovated and expanded spaces in a significant historic Georgetown home. Poliform provided excellent service, superb craftsmanship and extraordinary attention to detail. As an architect myself who designs multi family housing, I can say with confidence that Poliform sits at the top of its profession in all aspects of its work.
