“If you are in need of modern, US made and eco sensitive furniture we can't praise Joybird enough. Beautiful work, guaranteed free returns if you are not happy. Personalized service. Very reasonable prices. We ordered via phone and didn't realize till near delivery time they had heard "grass" when we said "grape". We called and they asked if we would be willing to keep the chair that was being shipped and they would give us the chair with the correct fabric for no additional charge. You can't ask for a more customer positive experience than that. We love our chairs. We are chemically sensitive and we loved that they offer Oekotex fabrics and foams that are the least off-gassy we have found. They are small so it may take awhile to build your furniture. But if you like a risk free and super friendly online buying experience go Joybird!”

“I ordered two of the lounge chairs. They arrived on schedule, but the package had been damaged during shipping. The wood was still in good condition, but one leg was missing. I contacted Best Redwood, and they immediately, and a live person answered the phone and was able to help me. He sent out a replacement, which arrived a few days later, and everything worked perfectly. I was so pleased with the chairs that I ordered two more. My wife loves them as much as I do. They are solid wood, and relatively light weight for their bulk. Ours stay outside year around and after one full year and half of another summer, they have held up well so far. Although having no problem at all with the first shipment would have been better, the customer support experience when I did have a problem (which was not their fault) really impressed me. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.”
