Buyer beware! Do not order anything on line from this furniture company. It’s been 6 months since I paid $2500 for my sofa and still no delivery…just empty promises. They have refused my request for a refund and now say they will deduct shipping from the refund despite the fact that shipping was suppose to be free. What a scam operation. I can’t believe I was so naive ordering from such a disreputable company. Please don’t follow in my footsteps.

Dealing with Savy home was the worst experience I have ever had with any company. Delivery was months longer than expected. They said they would upgrade me from Bronze to Platinum service to make up for it. Well the platinum delivery service included the delivery company slashing the bottom of my chair and not installing legs on the chair because they couldn’t find them. I have been going back and forth with
Savy Home and the delivery company for two months and only get promises that they will fix the issues. I cannot get any resolution with the a....just promises. I will NEVER buy from them again. I have never experienced such poor customer service!!

Buyer beware! I purchased a couch from this company and it showed up damaged at delivery. I refused delivery and requested a full refund or the shipment of a new couch. The company is trying to force me to pay nearly $700 in roundtrip shipping costs to be deducted from my refund even though they advertise the shipping is fully insured. They refuse to file an insurance claim. This has been ongoing for four months! I will NEVER buy anything from them again.

I ordered a sleeper sofa over 4 months ago (ordered November 2016) and still do not have a functioning sofa. When it was initially delivered in late January (3 weeks late due to 'weather') and I met the delivery truck for their white glove delivery the guys advised me that the sofa should not be removed from the truck because they saw a lot of damage to the container. So it went back somewhere for inspection. A week later I was told the sofa was inspected, deemed in perfect shape and could be redelivered. Another week or two went by and the sofa was delivered and installed in our room. The installer noted that the sofa had severe damage: the metal frame of the folding bed had been crushed, one of the legs of the sofa was missing and another was bent. How a sofa in this condition was inspected and deemed in perfect condition i do not know. A repairman was scheduled (my third or fourth time of leaving work to meet someone at my home), but when he arrived all he did was confirm what was damaged. No repairs were made. It is now April and nothing has changed. I have called and written to Savvy dozens of times and taken time off work. Lots of promises, all of them broken. And Savvy has shown a complete lack of concern over the time I have spent and lost dealing with this debacle. I do not recommend Savvy.

The selection and ability to customize was outstanding but t has been over two months and they are unable to get my sofa delivered. It shipped from the manufacturer over a month ago but the way they coordinate discount freight delivery is undisclosed at time of purchase, and inordinately frustrating. They keep moving the date by two week increments. Purchase your custom items locally and avoid these people!

Let me start by saying that decorating for our small studio has been a learning process as well as a relief to finally be done. I’m so happy it’s finished and looks fantastic. I had spent weeks shopping at the local furniture stores before being turned on to Houzz. After a few clicks I ended up arriving at the Savvy Murano Queen Sleeper. It had the perfect lines, color, and dimensions that we needed. One of the biggest concerns was with fabric durability; our last sofa saw a lot of love from our small family and pets and didn't hold up as well. This time around we opted for a microfiber that should stand up fantastically to our little sofa eating monsters.
The sleeper arrived yesterday and is cozy, warm, and has great arms to curl up against with a book or laptop. (If you haven’t guessed I’m authoring this from the couch!) It took a few weeks of patiently holding our breaths to arrive. The delivery, and really the entire process, went smoothly. I would easily recommend anyone shopping for a sofa to take a look at Savvy Home Store, thank you once again guys!

I purchased a sleeper from Savvy last year, and just got 2 Stressless recliners delivered this week. Pricing was the best I found on each of these items, and although I was nervous (the first time) buying through the web, delivery was on time and issue-free. I worked with a David the first time and Leanne on the most recent order, and both of them were extremely knowledgeable and generous with their time. I have been happy to recommend Savvy to friends and family, and am glad to have found a reliable furniture shop (across the country!)

I recently ordered a sleeper sofa from Sleepers In Seattle. I have to admit I was a little nervous about ordering furniture online. However, I couldn't find one I liked locally, so I called several times and spoke to their employees until I was comfortable dealing with them. They didn't pressure me to buy, which I liked a lot. And they sent me fabric samples, which helped. The delivery went really well and I love my sleeper! I have guests over pretty frequently so having an extra bed in my couch was really important.

I furnished my entire living room via Savvy Home for the simple reason that the product selection and customizing options are the best I've ever experienced in any website period. It's basically a one-stop shopping superhighway for furniture. Couldn't be happier with mine! Very very highly recommended for whatever budget.

The best way to describe our experience is BUYER BEWARE.
We ordered a custom upgraded Natuzzi leather sectional that was estimated to take 14 weeks for delivery. It actually took 16 weeks (no big deal). While the piece was being unpacked and installed, we and the delivery service noted a very large (6-8") deep dent in one of the back cushions of the curved section. We immediately, while the delivery folks were still there and before we accepted delivery, took photos of the dent, called savvy home and emailed the photos. The savvy home representative agreed that it was a very large, unacceptable dent but assured us that it could be removed by specialists that they would send out and advised us to accept delivery with a notation of the problem on the receipt. Sadly, we took him at his word. The first excuse and delay was characterized by statements such as "don't worry, we spoke to Natuzzi and the dent will resolve itself followed by give it a couple weeks. We gave it a couple weeks followed by another round of pictures and waiting so long for a response that strongly worded emails became necessary. Finally, an expert was sent to remove the dent who, much to his credit, removed most, but not all, of the dent and said the leather couldn't be heated anymore lest he destroy the grain and texture. Not surprisingly, our requests for customer service were again met with delay with the final response being "what dent"? "We can't measure the dent based on your new photos so the matter is resolved as far as we are concerned. So, we looked to the satisfaction guaranteed language - ONLY GOOD IF YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR ITEM WITHIN 3 weeks of purchase. While your credit card may provide you some protection as ours did (had we simply returned the item instead of accepting delivery) - be sure you are familiar with all of the fine print before ordering. At the end of the day we paid full price for a very expensive and damaged piece.

I bought the camel microsuede Milan sleeper sectional and it is fabulous. It is as advertised well made solid with durable fabric at a truly great cost. Many thought I was crazy to buy something sight unseen but you will not be disappointed. The cushions are comfortable and supportive. I was truly astounded that it arrived within 3 weeks of my order. I highly recommend this business.
