I ordered the Manon sideboard ($945), after a delay in shipping it finally arrived. Customer service was great. Less than a year later, the finish started to bubble, I contacted customer service and a replacement part was sent. Again, everything was great. Unfortunately, the replacement part arrived nicked and scratched (albeit bubble wrapped). I have been trying to work with customer service for over a month, no resolution, and now they have gone radio silent. I haven't wanted to leave a bad review, hoping for a replacement or a partial refund, however, their lack of consideration has forced me to. Buyer beware.

This company should not be in business. I placed an order for bar stools in November 2018. It is now mid April 2019, and there is no hope of my order ever coming! The order was originally put on back order for Dec. It never was shipped, so i contacted them and they said back ordered until Jan. It still wasn't shipped so I contacted them again, back ordered until Feb, then march, then late march/ early April, now its late April! Not once has this company initiated an update with me. I have had to continually call/ email for months. I will never buy from them again and will plead that no one else will either!

Non existent customer service. Never updated my order status and never responded to my questions. Cancelled my order which was easier than dealing with them.

I got a computer desk and rolling chair that fitted my needs! Their customer service was excellent. I will order from then again very soon.

No communication, no update, no clue. Over a month since order was placed with no idea when the items will ship. A follow-up attempt to find out more information was responded to with a generic response.

This company has the worse customers service ever. We ordered a dinning table and never received it. We reached out the company multiple times and they couldn't explain when we can get the piece of the furniture. After they said that they will contact us with the details and it never happened. Now, we are waiting forever for the table and don't have idea when we will have it. THE WORSE! I have no trust in this company and probably their products.

I am having a similiar experience to those I am now reading. I wish I had read the reviews first. Can't get a response from them as to the delivery date for my order. I was told the items were in stock at the time of order and had expected them by now.

Placed order 10/14, delivery 10/18-11/15. No shipping info or status updates till 11/13. Called 11/13, the seller created a shipping label on 11/14 with The new promised delivery by 11/21. Nothing happened until I called customer support again on 11/20. The item gets picked up for shipping 2 hours after my call with new delivery date of 11/28. I did get a 10% refund after my first call, but after having to chase the order and being lied to, I get no apology. I returned item because I really needed it before Thanksgiving. The seller did not respond to my message until after I called customer support. I will never shop on this website again because of the experience I had with this seller even though Houzz customer support was great.
