I bought quite an expensive coffee table. after a few months, its two (2) legs broke. I contacted the Classy Home for the replacement of the legs. They did not care and said it is discontinued. I will never ever buy from that store any more.

(SEE 2022 UPDATES BELOW) Sent us a chair with broken legs, 6 months later we're still waiting for the replacement pieces. Latest note from yesterday (February 2nd) is they're pushing the replacement parts order back again. THEY HAVE THE CHAIRS IN STOCK AND REFUSE TO SEND A NEW ONE...it's ludicrous we've dealt with this for 6 months and could have been done in 4 days had they sent a new chair. Still waiting.

***February 12th, 2022 Update: Per "David", he will look into it and get in touch with me. (fast forward, David never reached back out)
***February 22nd, 2022 Update: Per "Julie" at The Classy Home, she doesn't know if anyone can send a replacement chair. Has to work accordingly, no response to this review and no still no chair legs or new chair. I'll keep you updated.
***March 5th, 2022 Update: (FYI Julie also never followed up with me as promised) Appreciate I was able to get a response to my review (see below). Per David, the parts order has been delayed again…still no parts or no chair. Hopefully they honor the below March 15th date. I’ll keep updating until resolved.
***March 15th, 2022 Update: No parts still, I’ve requested a new chair (since they said they would in the note below) but told ‘they’re looking into it’. We shall see.
***March 18th, 2022 Update: Spoke with Supervisor/Manager "Rachel" she agreed to uphold their promise to send a new chair. We did receive a $0 order for the new chair. Looks like we're on the right track, will post another update once the chair ships and/or arrives.

The Classy Home works relentlessly on a daily basis to get all the orders and needed parts to our customers. In this instance it unfortunately is taking some time since the manufacturer is getting delays from their factories. There has been several unexpected labor shut downs at the location of production and we are unfortunately not in control of that.
Right now your parts are expected to restock in early in March. As soon as we can we will have it shipped out to you. Your patience and understanding is appreciated.
In regards to shipping a complete new chair.
As we get closer to the restocking date of the parts we will need to give it one more shot.
If by March 15th there is no definite information about the restocking of the parts we'll be able to ship you a complete new chair.
We once again apologize for the great aggravation this order is causing you.

I have had the worst online furniture buying experience of my life with this company. We bought a king size bed frame in late April. We didn't put it together right away because I had a major surgery with a long recovery. When my husband began to put it together in June, he saw that it didn't have any instructions or screws/bolts. I sent a message to customer service, and they sent a pdf of the instructions but it took them 16 days to send the parts. Hubby started to put it together again, but then noticed that the parts didn't fit in holes on the frame! I submitted another help ticket on July 16, and now it has been 10 days and they have not resolved the issue yet. I called the customer service number and they said they are trying to get a new frame from the manufacturer. Still no updates on my help ticket. We currently have our nice new Tempur-pedic mattress on the floor. We are too old for that! At this point I just want a refund so we can buy a new bed frame from a reputable company. I will never in life buy any furniture from this company again!

LOOK ELSEWHERE!
Placed an order on 02/10/21 for over $600. They took the money immediately but I still haven’t received it (as of today 04/22/21). Just received an email that the “estimated” shipping will be 09/06/21. 7 months, seriously? I’d cancel the order but I keep reading about the horrors of trying to get a refund from this company. At least this way, there is still some hope I’ll get something for my money. Steer clear people. Look elsewhere.

Horrible customer service. Do your research about this company. When something goes wrong with order or merchandise, they run away from responsibility. There are a ton of negative reviews about The Classy Home. I ordered furniture that had incorrect dimensions and it wasn't the same as advertised on their site. They want a restocking fee, shipping fee, and for me to pay to ship the chest back to them. For the past 3 weeks, I have been going back and forth with this company. They wanted me to send pictures as proof. When I did that, Rachel from The Classy Home had the nerve to say that I didn't fully extend the tape measure in my photo. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and also with the Better Business Bureau.

I have email proof that I purchased any room delivery. The company left the couch on my door step and said it’s not their problem. When I contacted the customer service they said it’s not their problem either. My couch is sitting on my front step and no one will take care of it. I want for my couch to be placed in my house or come get it, give me a refund and cancel my 2 other orders. I don’t want to deal with such a horrible company with such terrible customer service.

I bought two chairs from this website. Both are fantastic quality, reasonably price and they arrived super fast! I ordered them one day and received them three days later. That’s almost as fast as Amazon prime, and Pastor than most any other website I’ve ordered from. I took a chance and a website I’ve never used before, and was thoroughly pleased. I highly recommend them, as I received many compliments on my beautiful new chairs! I will definitely be ordering again.

WARNING: DO NOT SHOP AT THE CLASSY HOME. Their products are garbage and customer service is worse. I ordered a crib, dresser, and dresser topper for our newborn. Took over a month to receive. Upon receipt, the dresser topper was garbage. The parts broke during assembly and the wood split. That was the least of my problems. Dealing with trying to get it replaced or compensated for my troubles has been a nightmare. No one will talk to you over the phone. You're forced to send messages back and forth through an online portal. They said they'd send a new one, weeks later it still has not shipped. It's out of stock now and the date of re-stock keeps getting pushed back. I tried to return all items and receive a full refund, so I could take my business elsewhere. Needless to say, they are not making that a viable option either. WARNING: DO NOT SHOP HERE.

This company has no idea what they are shipping. And when order is shipped it takes for ever to get to you. They charge for shipping and yet the service is real slow. After 2 months I’m still waiting for my furniture to arrive. I ordered dinning set, I received just the table top and base, the midsection did not arrive. I advice not to deal with this company you will be sorry. And the funny part no cancellation is allowed so if you’re fed up it won’t do you any good to try to cancel. Bad bad bad stay away from them

Not a single complaint from my end. They delivered my order on time and it was beautiful.
Great part was that I saved almost 100 bucks on the bed, and I'm happy with my order.

Amazing Shopping experience
We had very pleasant shopping experience with them. We saw a recliner on it, and liked it very much. They were selling it for quite low prices as compared to other online stores. So, we chose to go with them. Then we were scared after seeing some of negative reviews about this site. But thankfully, we did not face any problems with them.
The recliner arrived on the expected date. It works very nice, we are happy with our recliner. Overall, it was an amazing experience with them. I will recommend this website for shopping for furniture.

Great shopping experience with this website.
I ordered a dining set form them. They charged my credit card instantly.
They confirmed the order.
I called them several times to check the status of my order. The customer service agents were helpful and humble.
I received the order a couple of days late, but the wait was totally worth it.
I'm glad that I found this website and ordered from it, otherwise, I'd pay much more amount than I paid the classy home.
I will totally recommend this website to everyone.
I will shop from here again.
