Contacted them about ordering lighting. Looking to purchase 24 outdoor lights. The initial contact was quick via email with a follow up phone call. I had questions that I asked my customer service rep who stated he needed to research the particulars with the specific company. He stated he would call me back with the answers probably by the next day. Two days after the phone conversation I called and left a message. I called again the next busy day after the weekend. Message left. Called a third time to the personal customer service rep and left message. No return call or email. Called again and spoke to a different person who stated she would get back to me the next day and nothing. No call back nor an email. This said I called a different company who also was a distributor of the lights I was interested in. Asked the same questions and had a call back with the answers within twenty minutes. Decided to go with the the other company who was interested in providing me with customer service for my $3000 order.
