“My husband and I came into your store almost by accident and while we were very interested in purchasing a pair of accent chairs at some point that weekend, we had not expected to do so at your store. However, Heather Cameron engaged our attention within a few moments of arriving on the show floor and the experience we had with her was of very high quality. Heather was persistent with us, but not pushy. She was present whenever we had a question and was able to remove all of our barriers to sale with finesse so that we did not feel pressured. She asked great questions to find out what I wanted, including my overall vision for the room the chairs would go in. She understood my ideas, came up with great colour/fabric suggestions and also made some quick personal connections with us while talking, to help develop the relationship in a comfortable manner (example - when we told her we were from Kamloops, she identified her own origins in Salmon Arm and commiserated with us on the lack of shopping choices). This was just the right level of personal connection to make a customer feel comfortable. She anticipated and resolved all of our problems and concerns patiently and made us feel confident in our purchase. We were very happy, and look forward to picking up our accent chairs when they arrive at the warehouse.”
