Viesso

I do not trust this place. I ordered a side table that says on their website it typically arrives in 1-2 weeks. After ordering they told me it would take 8 weeks so I cancelled the order. After 11 days they still haven't refunded my credit card payment. They ignored voice mail and email requesting an explanation. I finally had to open a dispute with my credit card for the refund. No way I'd deal with them again.

I worked with Viesso on a custom sectional sofa for a recent client and found them friendly helpful and communicative. We were able to fully customize our sofa selection, have fabric samples sent for review, drawings were provided with the revised dimensioning and the fabrication was smooth with regular updates on the job status. I would highly recommend Viesso and look forward to working with them again on future projects.
