West Elm offers a great price point for may projects. Their products usually ship fast and their website is easy to navigate.

This is a completely awful company to deal with, if you need a delivery in new york. Of course new york city comes with its unique set of rules, about building hours and insurance requirements. They will promise to work with you on this, take your money and then completely ignore all of your building rules. I was particularly lucky- they double billed me for shipping, and now they wont work with me on a delivery day. So now I am owed money AND my furniture. I smell a credit card dispute brewing...

West Elm continues to provide consumers wonderful goods. I love shopping in their stores, as well a shopping online. Organic meets classy. Love Love to shop at West Elm because their products provide an outstanding environment to relax and thrill an entertainer like myself. All of my purchases have been a WIN!

As an interior designer, West Elm has been a go-to resource for stylish furniture that fits within tight budgets. I also use them when I need final accessories to complete a space. My clients and I have been completely satisfied with their products and service.

I used some of their Mongolian Lamb Fur pillows for a project, under the impressions that the fur on the pillows were real and genuine because they did not list the pillows as faux fur. But after a short while they started to shed a lot, I contacted West Elm about this and I was told by their representative that these pillows are faux fur, NOT real fur. The rep also told me that West Elm is known for not selling any real fur products. The problem is that they were not honest about the fur, it was misleading that they list their pillows as Mongolian Lamb Fur pillows instead of letting the customers know that they are faux fur.

I often use West Elm for inexpensive and stylish furniture pieces and accessories for my clients. West Elm continues to have a great selection of pieces for my clients. And the service is great.! I often purchase items over the phone. My only wish is that they had more stores in Toronto! Maybe someday.
