Saw Wood You Believe's reclaimed barn wood & industrial steel-framed tables at the Chattanooga Market. Decided to fully replace our living room tables. Jenny was phenomenal to work with-very patient as we wrestled with all the color choices & gave us a chance to see finished tables in a customer's home. She kept us well-informed throughout the process in building our custom tables-completion of the frames staining & finishing the wood and even a delay due to rain & damp weather (which would have caused the finish to cure below her exacting standards). The rust patina and weathered wood is the perfect look for our 1920s house. She even told us about the barn the wood came from, giving us a sense of history. Because ours was a custom order it took a few weeks from order to delivery, but fine craftsmanship is never an instant thing. Just understand this going into the purchase but have confidence the wait is worth it & your work will be handled with an artisan's love of the craft & end product.

The table and bench we purchased was one of the best experiences possible. The rustic craftsmanship was more than just ornamental. Both pieces are substantial, sturdy and loaded with character given their history in their previous life as barn panels. The customer service was top notch as well, as delivery occur twenty hours after purchase, despite the fact we purchased it through a third party. Their work and service should never be questioned. I ordered a dining bench from Wood You Believe. Jenny was very helpful and answered all of my questions in a timely fashion. The bench arrived quickly and will absolutely no damage at all. She was very informative as far as the shipping and delivery and went out of her way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I would recommend ordering from this company.

Our tables are absolutely perfect! They were custom made for the sizes we requested, and Jenny worked with us to get a great color for our room. In addition to being beautiful, they are VERY sturdy, and I can see them being heirlooms passed down to our kids and grandkids. As a bonus, since we are local, we got free delivery!

We can't say enough good things about our new coffee table made by Jenny and Joel of "Would You Believe". They are perfectionists in their workmanship and go the extra mile to make sure their customers are satisfied. Our table is both rugged and elegant and suits our eclectic taste perfectly.
