This store was amazing and their customer service is top-notch! We were having trouble finding a couch we liked in the Tallahassee area so we decided to take a day trip to Jacksonville to visit a few stores there. I am so happy we wandered into Woodchuck's! Not only did they help us find exactly what we wanted and walk us through the process of designing our own Bassett couch, but they were able to deliver to our house 2.5 hours from the store! The staff at Woodchuck's made sure to explain that Bassett had a decent wait time for new designs, but it was well worth the wait! They were great at communicating when we could expect delivery and staying in contact throughout the entire process. The gentlemen who delivered it were awesome too! They were very friendly and not only unloaded it from the truck and placed it exactly where we wanted, but they set up all the pillows and took the time to answer my questions on the fabric and the best way to clean and care for our new couch. I'd highly recommend this store and the Bassett brand to everyone! The couch is so comfy and Woodchuck's Fine Furniture is wonderful!

I had a great experience with Jessie Harcum. She was very professional and helped me pick out a fabric for my new recliners. She was also able to find a leather that I had used on a previous purchase so I could make sure my new chairs would go with my couch. She was very knowledgeable of the product and was able to get prices quickly and expedite my order. I really appreciated all her help.

So impressed with the service we received. I purchased a warehouse sale recliner by phone on Thursday, Needed quickly for parents who live near their store. Sheryl told me about a really nice leather recliner, sent a picture, that was reduced down to a very affordable price. Purchased by phone and they delivered it within the hour for us. When I saw the recliner in person following day, I was very pleased! Then, I went there and bought my own recliner which we will pick up today. Great service form ALL! We bought a kitchenette table at Woodchuck's. The staff was professional and friendly. They did a terrific job holding/coordinating furniture pick-up dates with our move date. We will be happy to buy more furniture from them.

I custom ordered a sectional sofa and dining set, as well as purchased a 6 piece bedroom suite from Woodchucks. The sales agent took her time and showed me all available options for custom furniture, as well as gave me samples to take home of wood finishes before final selection. She also reviewed my floor plan and room measurements with me and suggested items that might accommodate the space provided. The quality of furniture and selection at Woodchucks is far superior to any other store in Jacksonville. Many thanks to the delivery team as well for exceptional service. From the moment that we stepped into Woodchuck's show room we felt like we were their only customer. Laura our sales person took time showing us all the different styles of sofas and loveseats that would work with for us. She even took our floor plan and created a digital display for us so we could move items into and around the room. It made the furniture purchase easy and less time consuming. Laura was a HUGE help in picking out the correct fabric and color, she made sure that we took samples home to make sure the color of our rug would blend with the fabric we ultimately picked out. Laura also called us to let us know as soon as the furniture was set to ship and scheduled the delivery date. I would highly recommend purchasing your furniture at Woodchuck's. They have earned a customer for life with us.

We purchased a queen size mattress last August and we are very satisfied. The employees were very professional. We received the delivery in a timely manner and the delivery men were very good.

Woodchucks is my favorite place to buy furniture. We have bought several pieces for our home over the last 18 years and have been extremely satisfied. I have bought furniture 2 times from Woodchuck's. One time the furniture arrived damaged and I reported the issue. They sent someone to confirm the damage and within a short time frame they delivered a new piece to replace the damaged item. I have been very pleased with their customer service and and the products I have purchased from them.
