“I purchased a coffee table (maple) and storage bed (walnut) from Akroyd Furniture who are located in the beautiful Distillery District in Toronto's East end. When I went into their shop to inquire about their products they were very helpful and spent time with me explaining the detail of each piece. Their work is what you'd expect from a master carpenter. As the saying goes you get what you pay for. I found that many other retail stores in Toronto selling storage beds just didn't have the same quality, attention to detail and love for the product. Robert, who is the the owner, is a real class act and true professional. I could tell right away that he loved his job and it shows in his work. If you chose Akroyd Furniture you will not be disappointed. It's was so refreshing to have dealt with a custom small shop instead of dealing with the large box stores on King Street in Toronto. I know that I'll have the coffee table and storage bed many years from now because I invested in quality custom made furniture. Thanks Robert to you and your team.”

“I worked with Shauna for two projects and was so happy I did! The first was a small vanity stool that her flair and attention to detail made it the perfect addition to my room. The second was a larger statement piece - a sideboard for my newly renovated dining area. She was so accommodating- meeting with paint samples and sending progress photos. I just love it in that room. She has cool little accessories too! I bought a great vintage map. Shauna is just really easy to work with and producing great results.
