A true professional from beginning to end! From my first phone call to Steve at Alight Overhead Door, I knew I had finally found the right person to help us realize our dream garage door while working within the limits of our budget. We purchased our first home in April 2013 however I had been clipping ideas for a realistic wood like rustic steel garage door for months. I contacted several independent garage installation companies, as well as a commercial big brand name company but did not receive any personalized suggestions as to how to achieve the look I wanted within a certain budget. The homeowner graciously contacted me with Alight's information and upon speaking with Steve (company owner), I was reassured of my ideas and pleasantly surprised that our dream garage door was well within our budget! Steve arrived early for our first appointment, came fully prepared with brochures and hardware samples which he let us borrow (clavos, handles, etc), followed through with each subsequent phone call and most importantly, perfectly installed our door.
