“My torsion spring snapped yesterday morning. I called several companies for quotes and decided on ASAP Garage Door Repair Pasadena because they picked up immediately, were able to work on such a short notice, had good prices, and weren’t hellbent on upselling me the way a lot of the other companies I’d called tried to.
Their guy got here right on time, was friendly, got right to work, finished the replacement fast, and did a run through of the system to check its parts. I was given the choice between the same type of springs the old ones were or to upgrade to the premium springs for slightly more. I figured why not and went with the higher quality ones. The tech explained what I should expect to maintain the springs and when I should next replace them. What sealed the deal was the three year warranty that they have on springs at no extra cost. Compared to the other companies I called, their rates were reasonable too.
All in all, wonderful service at a good value. I’d highly recommend ASAP if you need new torsion springs.”

“After 14yrs of use my door opener died. i thought i’d have to wait at least a couple of days to get a new one but they told me he could be over the same day.i doubt you could get service that quick at somewhere more corporate. i prefer mom and pop businesses and this is one that really takes pride in the work they do.
Jorge was very nice and knew exactly what he was doing. i think less than an hour had passed and he had already taken apart the old one and put in the new one. he probably could have done it faster but i slowed him down by asking a bunch of questions lol. after looking at my support brackets he told me I should put in new ones and put them up very fast.
Anyway I HIGHLY recommend Dream Garage Door Repair Encino CA! took the time to explain everything i’d asked and gave a warranty for the work. you can’t go wrong with these guys.”
