“My car was stuck in the garage and my opener wouldn't work so I called these guys to come out. They were very polite when taking my call and managed to fit me into their schedule the same day in order to help me get my vehicle out of the garage and allow me to go on about my day. They called me back while in route later that day when they said they could come by to let me know they were on their way and once at my home they explained everything that was causing the door not to open and only replaced what was wrong with the door and then proceeded to do a full inspection and tune up of the garage door free of charge. At no point did we feel we were being pushed or given false information into what was wrong with our door as he showed us the broken parts before repair started. I highly recommend these guys and cant say enough nice things about the man who came out to do the repair!!”

“The aged garage door opener we had did not have ample power for our massive garage door. I made this worse when I accidentally opened the garage door with the hands-on nail down area, which bent the facility rail. I was amazed by the professionals level of experience in managing to analyze exactly just what should be done to repair the issue. He patiently clarified carefully, everything we needed to find out about the new opener and how you can effectively care for the door. We are delighted with the results! Not only do we have a sturdier center rail, now, the garage door is so silent when it's in operation that our dogs can no longer listen to when we've come home. I called Cedar Park Overhead Doors because our 20 year old garage opener stopped working, so (they had switched out a strain spring season a number of years back and did a great task). Dustin appeared and attempted to mend it, however it was beyond repair, so he advised replacing it. I hesitated it would amount to a lot-- but was pleasantly shocked when he claimed it would be about $250 for an excellent LiftMaster device, including 2 new remotes and a much far better pad on our garage door wall surface than the tiny door-bell looking button from the original device. We arranged a session for the substitute, and they came back completed on time and left no clutter. Our new device works perfectly. I 'd strongly recommend CPOD!”
