Upon acceptance it is about 5 weeks to have the door shipped across country to me. The doors are well crated and arrive in good condition. The product itself is well made and we have had little, if any issues with their workmanship. I have purchased well over 100 doors from this company. The California office has also provided us with technical support on their track and hardware systems whenever we have needed advice. From my first phone call to Steve at Alight Overhead Door, I knew I had finally found the right person to help us realize our dream garage door while working within the limits of our budget. We purchased our first home in April 2013 however I had been clipping ideas for a realistic wood like rustic steel garage door for months. “When I called Prestige Overhead Doors, the double, wooden door on our 1928 garage had collapsed. Within 20 minutes of leaving a message, the owner, Navid Rad, returned my call. Although booked for the day with other appointments, Navid promised me that he would send his “best technician” to my house between 4 – 6 p.m. Navid’s technician, “Nelson,” not only arrived on time, but based solely on a photo of our damaged door, he brought the heavy duty hardware required to repair the door. “I was @ my sister-in- laws house out of town and my son called me and told me that the door was stuck open. It was a disaster I had no idea how I was going to deal with it because I did not want to leave it open overnight and my son had no money. He called this company and they said it was no problem, that they could bill me over the phone which was such a relief. I was a bit worried about my 16 year old son being ripped off, but after the service was over, I called 2q other places and asked for the prices and it was a good price. “Just had 2 single doors installed. The process was too easy. I emailed them my specs and I got an email quote the same day. Price was way cheaper then Lowe's and on par with the exact same door from another local company. Wes, the owner, came over in the pouring rain at 7am in the morning to measure and inspect in person. Both of my doors need customization, but both came out great. They came the day they said they would and got the job done the same day.
