The representative from Precision arrived at the time that he said he would. He was courteous, professional and finished the job quickly and efficiently.

I just had a door and motor replaced. My appointment was scheduled for 9 am to 1 pm.. The installer who came out was on time and called 20 minutes before to let me know he was on his was. He was very professional providing clear information on the process and answering any questions I had along the way.

We had a garage door cable break on a Friday evening. On Saturday we started calling around. Other companies wanted extra to come out on the weekend. Then we called Precision. They stated that John would be here between 8:00 and 10:00 pm at no extra fee, on Saturday. After giving us an estimate to repair the damage that was done by the break, we decided to replace our 25 year old door. John was back at 8:00am Tuesday and had the door up before noon. John has a nice personality and very good at his job. Thanks for a great job!

The wiring broke to the sensors on the garage door. The door was back to working quickly. Service was efficient and an understandable description of the current status of the door was provided. Future plans were discussed for changes/replacement when needed without being pushy.
