The salesperson was friendly and knowledge about all the products they sell. He was patient with me about the different types of glass used in the doors, and the materials used in the doors. He even went me via email the photo of what the doors would look like so we could make out decision about the style we wanted for our house. The installers were friendly and on time, made sure everything worked properly, explained how to operate the door opener and what all the buttons do, made sure we knew how to change the code, and cleaned up the site before leaving the house.

My daughter's garage door literally fell apart. I called Chris who was more than helpful. He assured me that Raynor would be able to find a door and get it installed immediately.
