We have needed the services of Action Garage Door on several occasions. Most recently for a broken garage door. When we phoned, the owner answered the phone, a technician came to our home the same day and the door was fully repaired within 24 hours. They explained everything clearly and made appropriate maintenance suggestions without any hard-sale tactics. Our repair was treated with the utmost importance even though it wasn't a huge job for them. These are some nice people to work with.

I reached out to Action on a Sunday to have a garage door opener installed that I had previously purchased. David emailed me back the same day, collected additional info, and even scheduled the install the following Tuesday. Ruben called ahead to make sure I was ready for them the day of the install, told me how far out he was and then arrived within his specified window of time. The install was quick and painless for me. Ruben was very professional and had the install done within a couple of hours. The system works great and I'm happy to say that I'm very pleased with the service provided to me. I absolutely recommend Action Garage Door Company for all of your garage door needs!

Dave has always been there when we need him. He's been taking care of our garage door for a few years now (doctoring it along as needed). A few weeks back we broke it (plank in the frame-dumb move on our part). I called him frantically and he came right over, assessed the situation, closed the door abe immediately gave me options. He's always beyond fair and extremely efficient. He is very reassuring and professional as well. I highly recommend Dave to anyone in search of a new garage door or repairs.

Great Customer Service. I needed a new Garage Door. He was very prompt when coming to give me the estimate. He performed the work exactly when promised and for the exact amount of the estimate. Did a great job and cleaned everything up. He gave me some upgrade options which I'm glad I took, but did not high-pressure me to take the options.
