I phoned Anderson first because of their great reputation and reviews: and found out in person why the reviews are so great. Steve Maitre came to my house to assess my old door and garage space. He was incredibly helpful in showing me options and discussing costs/benefits etc. The day of the scheduled installation was better than I could have imagined. The installer, Vasiliy (forgot last name), did a fantastic job! New door, storm shield, door opener motor and track, and control panels all look great and work like a charm.

We called Anderson s Door for a quote to replace our wood garage doors. Mike came over and provided a quote. He was very flexible with our schedule and provided all the pricing options we asked. Mike did not try to up-sell or did anything funny....he was a straight shooter type of person and very knowledgeable . After getting other quotes ......we decided to go with Anderson s Door since they had the best price and very reliable. We signed the contract and set up the appointment for the installation. The installer (Randy) came on time and did the a professional installation. He was polite and gave us tips on how to install the weather stripping since we are planning to paint the doors. He did a great job. We are extremely satisfy with the doors and the service Anderson s Door provided. I would definitely call them again.

Excellent service. Stupid torsion spring on my garage door snapped. So I called a couple companies and asked for estimates and when they could get out to repair my door. Anderson said today. Just dumb luck really that I got an appointment for today. It was taken care of in a half hour, cheaper than some other companies. Work was performed in a timely manner, explained and answered my questions out of my own stupid curiosity. They said the time frame would be from 12-3, well, it's almost 1PM and they were done!

It's pretty simple really. Prompt service, courteous staff and affordable cost of repair. What more could one ask for? I am happy that the garage door is working again, actually better than it was before it broke. Thanks Dave! Thanks John!

Great first experience with this company. My keyless entry pad for the automatic garage door stopped working. I assumed I'd need a technician to come and replace it. When I called after reading all of the positive reviews on yelp, the gal who helped me on the phone suggested that I might be able to replace it myself. I went to Anderson to pick up the replacement part, they talked me through it, and after a short bit with the drill and screwdriver, I have a working entry again! Now that's what I call customer service!
