Terry, our technician, was super friendly and professional. We had to get the motor changed as our 11 year garage door system was on its last leg. Terry had the parts in his truck and replaced the motor and the belt within 90 minutes. He kept the area super clean and was quite efficient.

Had a coupon for a garage door tune up and preventative maitenance package. Easily scheduled over the phone. The technician called 30 minutes before our scheduled appointment to let us know he was on the way. The tech showed up and was professional and polite to us. He showed us a problem with one of our springs and we he that replaced to save us on calling for a separate service call before it broke. It was a fair price and no issues with our garage door now. Works brand new.

Called for a quote for a door repair and had a technician dispatched to our home the next day to diagnose the issues. Pricing was upfront - $69 to diagnose the problem and it was then dropped down to $29 since we decided to have them fix our broken spring on the spot. It was done in a timely and professional manner. Jamie the tech was able to show us where the damage was and showed us the wear and tear on our spring. He told us the last spring replaced were not the correct type due to our heavy wood doors. They gave us an upfront price and went over everything and had us authorize the repair before it was started. Very helpful company!

Technician was friendly and professional. He repaired a hinge that had sheared in two. The next day after the repair, the door was consistently not closing which was not an issue before. I called late on a Friday and left a message with the receptionist with no response for over a week and a half. Called again and relayed the problem. I was told they had a tech in the area and would cover items pertaining to the work completed. The tech evidently found a leaf hanging by cobwebs from the bottom of the door which he stated was causing it to not close. I had checked the door for obstructions and must have missed this. I was still charged $75 after paying $250 the week prior for a hinge. I will be needing a new door soon and WILL NOT be using this company as this is how they treat their well paying customers. I understand they feel it was utilizing their resources, but if it is a common issue, the tech could have wiped the bottom of the door when the initial repair occurred, either person on the phone could have given a helpful hint, they could have explicitly stated it would be $75 for them to come back, or they could have granted some other reduced charge or accommodation as I just paid $75 for a leaf. The tech even called and spoke to "management" who was unwilling to budge. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

I called this company due to damage to one of my garage doors springs. They were relatively new and turns out the company that installed them when the house was built did not put strong enough springs to support the wood doors we had. This company took care of it and ensured that the right springs were placed this time. I am glad we called them and the tech, Jamie, recognized the problem. I would say call them if you have any service needs as their pricing is transparent and they were able to get to my house the next day I called. Thanks!

Our garage has been very loud opening and closing it for some time. Finally decided to have the old motor replaced. Hired this company due to recommendation from a friend. It was easy to schedule a service call and it was discounted if you go ahead with the repairs. The technician was on time, professional, and explained our options for a new garage door opener. He said since our master bedroom is directly below the garage our best bet was to go with a belt opener since it is much quieter. It was installed on the spot and the technician programmed and explained the new system to us. Overall very happy with our new improvement and would recommend this company to others needing a service call due to easy scheduling and good price.
