Patrick is so awesome. I called Ideal Garage Doors late today …around 4:15 pm… and he offered to come out right away to fix my garage door. He didn’t want my garage door to be broken during this freeze, and it was so kind of him to take that into consideration. He is kind and fair and has always done a great job at identifying the problem and getting it fixed promptly.
