Outstanding job! Like anyone would, I looked around for companies to assist in helping me purchase a new garage door. This company understands that a comprehensive consultative approach with a focus on customer satisfaction wins customers. They were recommended by a neighbor of mine. I spoke to Carl, sales and he took me through the process of choosing the right door, visited my home to ensure he and the install technician understood the current environment (existing door, old wood or materials needing to be replaced, etc). Ricky did the install. Great job. Took him no more than 3 hours to take down my existing door and install new one. I did request a new piece surrounding the door be installed that I didn’t like. I spoke to Carl and he had a new piece and install ready in 2 days. Adrian in the office was polite and informed and stayed in touch with me to let me know when the install date would be.

Had a tough time getting a sales person on the phone - I knew exactly what I wanted/needed. Once I did get the opportunity to place an order, the schedule and installation were a pleasure. They called ahead to give me a window for arrival time. John came on time and confirmed the work to be done before starting. He worked quickly and efficiently completing the job to my satisfaction.

Our technician was David James. He came by today in response to our complaint regarding a garage door that was not closing properly. Within 2 minutes, he diagnosed the issue with the main garage door. He is very knowledgeable, experienced and solution oriented. He was very helpful in explaining and walking me through the process of using the external keypad to open/close our 2nd garage door. While we initially thought a 2nd keypad was necessary to operate the 2nd door, he not only explained we could use a single keypad to operate both doors, but patiently walked me through the process of how to do it!
