Pioneer Overhead Door

My home warranty company set pioneer head over Door To come out and look at my door. The technician said my company only covered the motor not the door which was fine. I asked them how much it would be to fix it he "d me $80 but stated he did not have the parts so they would have to do it tomorrow and somebody would call me to set up an appointment. The next day came so I called Pioneer overhead door Base stated that the prior day the ticks technician had stated I did not want them to fix my door which was a lie I told them I wanted it fixed as soon as possible and now they told me instead of the $80 I was "d it was gonna be a 175 plus another service charge which I paid them the day before The technician lied and I got crapy service and the company whoever I spoke to on the phone copped an attitude with me that is not how you do business. I would not trust them at all.

We had Pioneer Overhead Door replace our garage door opener and fix the springs pulling up the garage door. They replaced the opener with a superior model than the one that came with the house. It included an interior control panel and an outdoor panel, which is a nice feature. Their customer service was great; they arrived on time, did the installment without any hassle, the installer was friendly, and did a great job. The product is great as it's quiet and operates smoothly. We have had no issues since. It works perfectly!

I have hired Pioneer on four separate occasions to do repairs to the garage doors on two houses in the San Marino community in Summerlin. On each occasion I received a quote, and an appointment time and in each case the technician arrived when promised and the costs were as quoted. While the repairs varied (spring replacement, door trim, adjustment/repair to motor) in every case the work was done quickly, efficiently and there has never been a need to have them back to correct a repair issue. Ovrall this is a reliable company that performs quality work.

Pioneer helped me pick my door, go over price options, and installed exactly what i needed at a price I could afford and now my curb appeal POP's.
