My garage door torsion springs broke on a Sunday I called every door co. in area { 3 well known co.s} none returned my call the 4th I was not aware of precision a pleasant voice answered this was Monday morning they set me up for Tuesday Morning service 11 to 1300 time slot Curtis the technician arrived 1/2 hour early presented 3 options I took the rebuild middle option. He had all the necessary parts on the truck he completed the work he said was required in an hour & half He demonstrated a professional manor & should be considered a valuable asset to the company .I could definitely highly recommend precision

You couldn't ask for more in terms of professional, personable and perfect. They called ahead like they said they would, came on time, explained the repair required, offered to find another issue with no pressure and completed it quickly, with a ice explanation/demonstration at the end. Couldn't ask for more and Taylor was polite, detailed and skilled. Five star performance.

I recently called for a repair on my garage-door keypad. The service tech arrived on time and was very helpful and nice. He changed the battery on the keypad and easily resolved the issue. The cost for the battery replacement was $140.00, which seemed expensive for such an easy fix. He then performed a safety inspection, even though I reported that the garage door was functioning properly. Following the inspection, I was told I need almost $900 in repairs to replace worn-out parts on the garage door, including springs, door drums, rollers, cables, bearings, bearing plates... Our garage door is used on the average of twice a day. It's quite discouraging when you purchase an expensive, supposedly high-quality door, and then need $900 in repairs for worn-out parts AFTER ONLY FIVE YEARS. I was also dismayed to hear that the parts are not meant to last long-term. I was very happy with the door until I learned that it's wearing out already. So, for the service tech, I give 5 stars. For the product, I give no stars. I'm sorry I invested in a Precision Garage Door.
