Was having trouble with my garage doors jumping and squeaking and not running tight. Garret came out and got me up and running quickly. Extremely nice and informative, will call for future repairs and maintenance.

These folks are responsive and professional. Andrew was my service tech and he not only fixed the issue with my door (had been installed by the building contractor) but showed me how to prevent it in the future, and other things that might happen in the future because of how it was installed. I've also had them install two new openers for other units and they are consistently that good. They give customer service a good name!

I received very punctual and polite service on our garage repair. Company responded to my need if repair quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Renner to others in need of repair. I believe the repair guys name was Randy and he did a great job of keeping me posted of arrival time. Amy in the office was pleasant as well.

I love my garage doors by Renner. It is amazing how much they have upgraded the look of our home. However, I did a bad thing. In a rush to get somewhere, I backed out of my garage faster than the door had lifted and damaged it. We had to buy a replacement panel. Leon and Trevor were so courteous and capable and didn't leave until the job was done right. The doors don't just look great. We had liftmaster openers installed and they are so quiet which is great for the bedroom above the garage. Our old doors were so loud it would wake that person up sleeping in that bedroom. Another cool thing is we downloaded MyQ so that our amazon packages can be placed safely in the garage. I can't say enough nice things about the good people at Renner. As a realtor, I always refer them to people who want to upgrade or repair their doors.
