“We had our tension rod split in half after a big wind storm, it was a very old door. They were able to come out the very next day. The technician was polite and arrived on time. He assed the issue, replaced the needed parts and serviced all the others. He was quick and efficient, the whole process took less than an hour. Plus the new system is so quiet, doesn't bother sleeping little ones! We are very pleased and would use or recommend them over and over!!!”

“De-iced our garage One wintery cold, day, I had to pick up my sister from the airport who was coming home for the holidays. It was carefully scheduled to avoid hassle, but alas, as per Murphy’s Law, things went south. I broke a toe and ice formed in the garage door and opener so it refused to budge. Thankfully, the first-rate technicians from this company arrived quickly and de-iced it.”

“I purchased a "Modern Classic" 8' x 8' Aluminum frame garage door with Tempered Satin Etch glass lites. A sales representative came out to the house to inspect the opening and ceiling height in order to make sure that the door & hardware would fit properly. A couple of small modifications to the framing were needed in order to install the new unit. The door was installed by Northwest door service techs, along with a Liftmaster 1/2HP belt-drive opener and keyless entry pad. They came out and had everything up in running in about 3 hours time. Job well done!”

“Left a voice message late on a Monday night. Within minutes I had a reply and we discussed minor details of the project. The next morning Mark contacted me as he had promised and we had an appointment scheduled for later on Wednesday. His guy, James, was available earlier and I was at home. About an hour later my door was fixed - two new springs and two new cables. We tested it a couple times and made minor adjustments before he left. Overall very happy. Quick, courteous and complete. He even removed his shoes when we walked through the house. That was a nice touch. Recommended!”
